I can't give all 5 stars because it's still new. I wear this at night and if I'm home for the day. Otherwise i wear my gel pad and separater. It's a bit uncomfortable, but not too bad. It shifts during the night, even though I have it on snug. I advise wearing socks you don't mind stretching out because it is a bit bulky. I can't wear my slippers or shoes with it. after some getting used to, it's not too bad, I'm just trying to keep my toe straight and avoid surgery, which means keeping it straight 24/7. This does help straighten things up. I can't say for long term, because I'm only a week in, but I have noticed a very slight change, but I do keep something on all the time to keep it straight all day and night.

If I had rated this after 2 days, I would have given it higher ratings, but the joint wears out and you have to keep tightening more and more the straps until it completely cuts off your foot circulation, and at that point the swivel joint has worn out. It still swivels, but either the plastic or the joint gives in and stops straightening the toe.Also it is hard to keep in place, the swivel joints wants to either move up or down, which causes the toe to be forced in and instead of out when the toe either moves up or down depending on whether or not the joint slipped up or down.It did work great for a 2 to 3 days though, I switched over to one that does not swivel and just pulls straight out.. Not easy to walk around with that one, but if you are gonna use it at night or while watching TV you don't need to walk around and it has been working for months, where as this one wore out in days.

I really like the design and comfort of this product. It's easy to use and I could feel the difference. It was too uncomfortable for me to sleep with on but I don't even like socks on when sleeping. I was able to get a couple weeks use out of one wearing it after work for about two hours a day. The plastic slots where the Velcro band slides into broke, I moved it up to the next slot and that snapped after a half an hour as well. I didn't pull it too tight either time. I really do like this product but wish it were sturdier.

I've only used this a handful of times so far, but it seems like it helps. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it seems like if I don't position it just right and tight that it feels like it's not doing anything. Everything takes time to get used to.

I feel this device will help over time, but my only concern is that the straps will not last that long.

It is very comfortable, you can sleep with it and it wont bother you. you have to use it daily to see the results.It can be a little uncomfortable to walk thru the house, you want to make sure you don't break it but otherwise it is very helpful for my foot.

This is easy to put on and does a very good job of aligning the big toe into the proper position. It also relieves the crowding of the other toes. I can wear it for a few hours at a time. My only complaint would be that I can only wear it about 3-4 hours at a time, then pain makes me remove it. Realigning the toe causes reactions in other parts of the foot that have been misaligned as a consequence of the bunion. I believe that over time, this will stop as the toe becomes properly aligned.

at first this product helped but after some time the straps stretches out and it does not help. The pad against the bunion after some time comes loose
