The media could not be loaded.  When I got it, I immediately take it out and charge the wireless receiver to the fullest. The red light will be on and when the red light is off, then it is fully charged. I put 2 rechargeable batteries into the microphone, then I am able to use it.I first plugged into my computer microphone jack, and start my Camtasia software for recording powerpoint presentation, the Camtasia was able to record my voice very clearly without picking tiny noises around it. It filtered out irrelevant noises pretty well. Then, I turn on my computer speakers and use it as output, and I was surprised by the high pitch noise and then I realized I was too close to the computer speakers and that created those unbearable high pitch sound that everyone dislikes. I stepped back and adjusted sound setting on my computer and I can hear myself speaking via the microphone and speaker very clearly. I sound exactly like myself. The quality of this microphone is good. you might need to tweak a few things before it is ideal sound for you. I found no problem with this microphone. I am using it for public presentation and recording lectures. The platinum color metal body looks professional. It is exactly what I wanted for my job. It is easy plug and play and I am sure it will work with most lecture hall or business center rooms.

Decent microphone that works and easy to set up. The Bluetooth receiver can accept voice from the microphone and audio source from computer, phone, tablet (connect the receiver to device first). You can sing along with the music and have your singing and background track come out from speaker or monitor (Bluetooth receiver must plug in to the line in on the speaker or monitor, not headphone jack).

This handheld wireless microphone is awesome. The vocal sound is naturally loud and clear, very focused with minimal background noise. We love to play it at home.It is very easy to set up and connect with speakers. Just turn on the receiver, plug into speaker and play. I don’t need to read the menu for the first time use. It is portable and lightweight. We can move around freely at home when handling it.Another important feature I like is that by the Bluetooth connected with the receiver, I can play my music and songs from my smartphone while singing or talking with this microphone. It looks like a simple karaoke system.The microphone is designed for extensive use. It can be connected to multiple audio systems including speakers, amplifiers, wireless mic systems and even car audio systems. It is great for both indoor and outdoor party use.

Tried this product to replace our corded microphone... volume was cut in half at a distance of 10 feet from microphone to the output speaker... poor quality of sound. Had to go back to corded microphone to continue our session!The user manual is a JOKE! Poorly written English, probably at a second or third grade level! Broken English! Sentences do not make sense! It seems they used a translator that was not very good at forming English syntax!This item may work in a small room, but it fails in a larger venue and does not compare to a corded microphone!

I ordered a Pyle PA which came with a mic but it was cheap quality so I shopped and found this one. I wasn't sure what to expect but it really impressed me how clear the sound is for kareoke. Loved it so much, I ordered another one so we can do duets. lol. What I also liked is that the receiver is charged thru a micro USB and doesn't need batteries!

Was hard to pair

It‘s easy to use，and the sound is nice as well. My kids start loving karaoke since we are have this mic. They have so much fun with it. I think it worth the price.

It sounds better and louder than my old passive wired mics, and much more convenient. I plug it into portable 30W speaker and now I have a portable PA system. It is good enough for small performance either indoor or outdoor.
