I figured, if I'm going to have to wear reading glasses, I'm going all-in. I wanted to do something with a little bead work but most of the options had far too many beads or the beads were too large or not the right color.I was a wee concerned this chain would tangle in my hair; however, that has not been an issue. I even ran it through my hair and tried a few other things to snag a strand but nothing took.It's lightweight and I'm willing to bet it's going to take effort to cause it to get it to tangle on itself.Switching out the clear / frosted and black connectors is a breeze. There's a clamp on each side of the chain that's easy to release even with arthritic hands. There are sliders on each connector so they will fit a wide variety of bow sizes and it's simple to get a secure fit.The length is generous but not overly long so busty and not-so-busty women should find the fit to be comfortable.The only complaint I have is that it's initially cold on skin. That'll wake you up! As it sits on the skin it warms quickly so it's not a major drawback and we all know that thin metal is room temperature so it shouldn't be a surprise. There's always the option of warming it between hands or wrapping it around a warm coffee mug before using it. I try to find a flaw with everything I review and that's the only thing I could come up with.It's going to be too much fun to wear this on my sun and reading glasses! I crochet so it's going to give a good chuckle when I'm poolside in my retro-50's bikini using my glasses chain while crocheting. I do hope there's poolside service so I can do the crotchety old librarian move of peering over my glasses to order. I'm in my 40s and still young at heart (my hair is currently streaked with purple), but I like to play the geriatric part on occasion. I consider it practice for when I get to sit on my porch and yell at kids to get off my lawn.

Pretty much what I said in the headline, the chain is well made but the silicone fasteners are already worn out and I just bought this two months ago.Updated 03292019: The seller is replacing my loops at no charge. This is great customer service and as I said, the chain is perfect, good quality, so this makes this product a winner!

This eyeglass chain arrived in a baby blue envelope with a satin ribbon. Inside was the gold snake chain, an extra set of connectors for your glasses, and a cleaning cloth. I am wearing them now. After years of misplacing my eyeglasses (bifocals), and now don't have to worry about that. What a relief!

Did exactly what I wanted for my outfit. I have unique tastes with some things. I went to a celebration event and my outfit was classy, though purposely not the main attraction of the overall look. The glasses and this attachment was. I received many compliments.

End to end with the loops, measures 31.5in/77.5cmThe chain hangs too long on my neck. For reference I am 5’3” and when hanging, my frames reach down to my navel. Not a deal breaker but I do wish the chain was a bit shorter. I end up having to completely remove my frames from my face if I get up from my desk because I worry they will get scratched or dinged if I come into close proximity of a counter.After 2.5 weeks of use the beads on the loops is starting to tarnish. The chain does not get tangled in my hair. I am still on the hunt for a shorter minimalist chain to suit my petite frame.

This item is really stylish for my teen daughter that never wanted a eye glass holder because she said it's for old people lol.... But she had loss her brand new glasses in less then a week of getting them, and we had to pay $55 dollars for another pair, so I told her you are going to have to get a eye glass holder, because we can't afford the price of you loosing it again, and she agreed and said ok, so I let her pick her own holder out and she absolutely loved it and how it was packaged she thought it was a gift from us lol.....thanks.

I bought this chain because of the clips and to use as a face mask holder, not for glasses. I saw the idea and chose this one for the clean round chain. It didn't pinch my neck or catch my hair at all, and I barely really felt it. The length of the chain was perfect as my mask didn't touch anything but my shirt (even when sitting), and kept me from setting in on potentially dirty surfaces. I got it for a road trip, but will definitely use it in my daily life as it allows for very convenient use.
