I have bought it to help maintain my belly fat while i lose weight. It works well for holding everything in. But it rides up underneath my bra & digs into my skin. Not all the time. But sometimes. Thats why i give it 4 stars.

I liked this product and I wear it regularly. There’s a few things I dislike and that’s the material is a little too flimsy. Would be better if the very ends didn’t curl and sides were more firm. The material tore slightly when buttoning it together but wearable.

Product seems longer in product display photo but it is not, if you are a tall person than this is not the waist trainer for you.

It really slims the waistline but whatever it's made with pokes out and hurts.

If you want shapewear, then order according to the size chart. I'm looking to waist train and ordered the small, worked great my natural waist is a 29 1/4. So the small really is tight, but comfortable for me.

Package was okay,i like it buh it's elasticity turns to fold over when u sit with it. buh okay over all

Was really impressed with this product, it’s very stretchy which I love! The price point is also great ! The only complaint I have is that it’s not as long as torso wise as the picture made it seem. But other than that very good product.

Doesn’t say how long it is - I’m not even tall only 155cm and it doesn’t clever my whole torso like the photo. Don’t waste your money
