3mm worm screw to hold the nozzle in place was tapped poorly. the bottom of the threads we loose. a longer screw would have helped. You also cannot get parts fro this item. I needed the guide for the filament on the inside and you cannot find any replacement for it anywhere. I had to try to make the part myself . It was nearly impossible to remove the heat break after the jam. While it was working I was printing PLA without a cooling fan for the part.

Have not been able to even print one thing with this it clogged at every attempt. I remove it clean it and try again no joy!
