Just like the picture! It is thick and soft and fluffy! The arms move up and down, they're not just stuffed arms in one direction. Very good quality. My son loved it. Honestly I do too!

Son is really into Big Hero 6 right now. Ordered it in the morning came that night. Size is as described. The arms spin around and can be set, didn't see that in the description. Soft, just as it should be. Would recommend, great for the money.

Great size and quality
This Baymax is just the right size to hug and his arms can actually move because you can rotate them at the attachment. His head was smaller than I expected it to be, but my son loves it nonetheless!
