Wild by Flick Ford will appeal to aquarist of all stripes, the beginner, the intermediate, and the expert hobbyist. This fish that are portrayed are vividly illustrated and there is a concise pointers that will assist a hobbyist with getting his/her fish to thrive in captivity. One can argue that the author didn't cover enough fish, but that is being nit-picky. Remember, there are more than 150 species to choose from. The author also provides a map of the fishes natural range, which I find refreshing. As an aquarium hobbyist for over 25 years, you will be very pleased at purchasing this book. It's nice to view a book electronically, it is far better to have the pages run through your fingers!!

Beautifully illustrated book with lots of nice information.

Great book for someone studying Aquatics and very interesting and informative if you aren't.
