Paid for merchandise I didn’t get!
There was suppose to be 20 glasses and it was missing 5. My sisters wedding is today and unfortunately she opened them yesterday.

Good package, good quality
Such a neat idea, came nicely packaged,everything shrink wrapped together not everything dangling around as I feared. Can't wait to use it this Thanksgiving. Quality looks good too.

Overall they are an ok product. First order we ordered 2 packs. 1 pack came damaged, it was replaced with another damaged product (1roll of cracked cups). We just kept this one and used the cups they weren’t damaged. They work for what we need them for. Need better quality control.

Perfect for roasting for a crowd.
They were perfect for our family Christmas toast. They break easily as I expected but washed carefully and can maybe use next year.

Works well, but arrived scratched and became foggy
I purchased these for my 6 year old's birthday party tea-party and the kiddos thought they were so fun! We served Cherry-Lemon-Lime soda in them for a sparkling pink drink, served by daddy in his suit and pink tie :)However... the product arrived with the cups stacked in rows and nestled in between the raised areas of the tray. Good for not breaking the cups in transit, however when I opened the package I noticed that the stacks of cups had scratched the tray between the raised areas. The cups were also packed in so tightly that I struggled to separate them, and when I did get them apart I noticed more scratches on the individual cups from where they were nested together.Since the party was just a few days away I decided to keep it and just ignore the scratches - - a bunch of 6 year olds wouldn't notice anyway - - however I wish I had returned it. After hand-washing the cups and tray, they are now all foggy with mini-scratches and look like they were used more than once. Also, two cups were dropped on the table and cracked, so those were no longer usable.Overall the idea of these is fantastic! Very handy and secure for serving, looked adorable even with some scratches, and the cups were reasonably sturdy when placed on the table. Love the idea, I just really wish they were packed with a protective layer to avoid the scratching and were made to be slightly more durable.Definitely recommend for a single-use, but wouldn't plan on re-using these, unfortunately.

Arrived partially damaged
These would be perfect, except the tray arrived damaged, so 2 cups will not be in use, which will throw off my count. My event is next week so I will just make it work!

These were great!
Really enjoyed these stemless flutes, they worked really well for apple cider on Thanksgiving.
