Poor quality device poor support
An overall poor experience the unit itself is nothing like advertised so if your looking for a compact unit then this is not for you the signal range I found to be pretty bad in an average sized Dublin house connectivity dropping was a constant issue I did reach out to customer first regarding the actual unit itself and received what I can only describe as a short cheeky reply on the second third and fourth times I reach out regarding technical support I received zero replies its a shame as it could have easily been a great product unfortunately my experience with customer service and the device itself has put me off ever trying an upgraded model or even recommending it to anyone my advice for anyone looking is to look at one of the more well know providers entering the pre-configured VPN router that was the costly lesson iv made while trying out various VPN routers

Awful
Awfull.Actual blocks me watching normal program like Netflix or BBC player and i have to log in to original internet setting(vergin) .DONT BUY

Too slow and didn't work with iplayer or Netflix
Router was far too slow. Impossible to stream anything without constant drop outs.

Great spider router
This really is a superb router.It doesn't replace my VirginHub but I was shocked that it actually had a better wireless range.I'm fussy about speeds and can see that it is not as fast as my normal broadband when I'm next to the router but because it boosts signal it delivers comparable speeds in other areas of my home.The encryption is great, I've tested for leaks and it works every time and performance is good for a device of this size.I have mine hooked up to my PlayStation, TiVo and Fire Stick and it works well.Would be good if it could fully replace your ISP router but with the added signal range I'm not complaining. Works great with Netflix too
