SpiritualQuest Himalayan Salt Lamps (Giant)

Mine came today and I was impressed by the packaging which was well done. They took time to make sure this thing didn't get broken in transit.Now on to the product itself - While the size of this stone was far larger than the ones I've seen sold at the massage spas, it wasn't nearly as large as the seller indicates. As seen in the pictures, it's not even close to the 18 inch starting size the seller pitches nor is it 60 pounds which is the starting weight the seller indicates.Personally I have no problem paying for larger, high end items, particularly when it's the higher end I'm specifically looking for but I can't stand it when the product description is ambiguous or erroneous because when this happens, only two possibilities exist: 1. - Either the seller is knowingly misleading (lying) about the product. 2. - The seller is so ignorant about what they have in stock that they just use stock or generic language for the product description.Seller - Get a clue here and at least meet the minimum when it comes to the size expectations. We didn't set those, YOU did. It's poor form when the item shows up looking completely different or way outside the size minimums.I'm fairly OK with my purchases as they are just as beautiful as I'd hoped but the seller needs to make right on this in some way.

It is only 12 inches tall measured from the base not 15-18 as stated. However, the shipping box says it weighs 72.2 pounds which is over the stated weight of 54-70 so maybe it is a chunky one! A 15 watt bulb was contained in a box inside the lamp (not 25 as stated) and it lights the entire lamp beautifully! The dimmer works great. It was packaged very well and arrived fast! The shape and coloration is a very pretty pink- orange! It makes all my other little bitty salt lamps envious !!! Except for the lower height, I am very happy and it is worth the price !

I was panicked when I received the box containing my salt lamp today. One side of the box was soaking wet all the way through. I've never received a wet package before today and of course the one time I do it contains a salt lamp! Thank goodness it was very well packaged inside and totally protected from the water and any jarring that may have occurred. I cleared away all of the styrofoam peanuts and removed a thick layer of large bubble wrap to reveal a breathtakingly beautiful salt lamp. There was no bulb with it (which I had read it wouldn't come with) I was a bit disappointed to find out this large lamp only took a tiny night light bulb, and was afraid it wouldn't light up enough. Was I wrong! It is just right to create a soft ambiance lighting that is warm and inviting. The lamp weighs at least 60 pounds and is almost 17.5 inches tall. It looks amazing. I couldn't be happier and will be buying another one as a gift. The photos just don't do the beautiful lamp justice, but I'm including them anyway.

I am kind of bummed that this lamp only stands 12 inches tall and did not come with a light bulb or a cord that included a dimmer. I was expecting a bit more for the extremely high price of this product.

Wife writing: Beautiful. The one I got is more pinkish white compared to this orange one. I LOVE it.It is just like the picture. The light isn't strong enough to illuminate the top part of the salt lampjust like the picture shows. I didn't notice that until I got it but it is still a beautiful light pink and minehas a few dark reddish pink flake dots on one side. You could scape them off if you didn't like thembut I like them. I also feel the air smells fresher somehow from it.

Not as impressive as I had hoped. Still a bad ass salt lamp. It did not come with a bulb even though I found that in the item description on the page it said it did. I emailed the seller and I have bulb in a couple days. Also I wish it had come with a dimmer cord for the light. The cheap one I got from RiteAid did.

Nice tall lamp - I only wish it was cut out a bit deeper so I could get a better overall glow throughout the entire height of the lamp. Otherwise, beautiful.

At first I was a little disappointed. The stone was actually half the weight (35lbs) of what was advertised (70lbs). However, it's beautiful and I feel like I received my monies worth.
