I was a bit sceptical and wasnt expecting much but wow. Within a few hours I felt the positive effects. Calmer and more restorative sleep, no anxiety, energy in a morning and alertness which ive never felt until 11am 'because im not a morning person' and neithers my dad. I don't drink caffeine so that wasn't respinsible But no. now? I feel alert and able to think clearly before 9am never mind 11am. All sincd ivr been wearing this little band. oh and the best bit? no eye fatigue, and fatigue after working at a computer all day. No longer are my legs itchy either if on tech too long. Makes such a change. Definitely a life change. Can't focus? Can't remember, fuzzy head in a morning before breakfast or mid afternoon? This is definitely recommend and you can really feel the weight of your smart dot free phone with the band on your wrist, so putting a dot on your phone is recommended. My eyes are opened.

I am undecided on this. I have been wearing it solidly for months and who can really tell? I also have the phone dot on my phone. I should say I have M.E , Fibro and Hypermobility. having said that I eat very well and do what I can to not have other influences making me tired. but I cant say if this is something I would get again or not. but I still put it on, so psychologically I must believe in it.

Was expecting to feel a bit gullible after purchasing one of these. But have been super impressed. Feel much more rested and less brain frazzled since I started wearing it. Noticed a big improvement with traveling as usually feel sick and dizzy when I am in airports. I know everyone will have their own experience but for me it has been an amazing purchase.

Not what I expected, smaller than I thought, not sure it’s worth the money.

I'm afraid to say, I haven't realised the benefit yet. I wear it for a while and see if I will feel any different. 2 stars for the mo.
