Super easy set up with a great app!
This smart WiFi plug was so simple, easy and quick to set up. Very easy to use app. Enables you to turn on or off anything that’s plugged into the socket anytime from anywhere in the world. Also has a usb charging port. Works amazing well with my Google Home Mini!Great product! I will be updating my whole house with more of these.

Seems cool if you can get it to work!
Seems like a great gadget to have, unfortunately I spent hours..literally.. and looked though many videos on how to get it to work. Still no luck. Seems like I have a lot of steps to do to get it to work. Most likely will never be using it.

The only thing I dont like about this plug is that it is so big. Covers the the other outlet in the wall plug. Other than that, works well.

No longer works
This product workes fine for the first 2 weeks. Connected to app perfectly so I can remote turn on and off the lamp I attaches to it. The plug part no longer works but the usb insert stilp works fine. Now i just have a big clunky USB plug.

Once you set it up you're good to go!
This was my first smart plug I ever bought. It was a little bit of a struggle to connect to my Amazon Echo, but after following the instructions and fidgeting with it for about 10 minutes, the item worked perfectly. I have it plugged into a lamp and fan.There has been no problems after setup. There is, however, an audible click when the device turns whatever plugged into it turns on and off. I personally like having that audible feedback there.

handy little thing
I use it for our bedroom floor lamp. it's actually acting as our reading lamp. now we can shut it off without leaving our bed. During the initial setup, it couldn't connect to my 5G wifi network. I have to connect my handphone to the normal wifi network. Once it's connected, i switched my phone back to my 5G network and i am able to control it with no problem.

2.4 Ghz Only With No Directions
Smart outlet will only work on a 2.4 Gigahertz Wifi band, which isn't easily found in the item description. There are no instructions with the electrical plug other than to call customer service if you run into any issues. Returning.
