Good replacement pump - American plug
Brought to replace a broken cat water fountain pump. The new pump is supplied with an 'American' plug/transformer (as shown in the pictures), so an adaptor would be required if you need to replace everything. However the new pump can be plugged into the old transformer if it is still working. Pump working well with no issues.

Does the job. Last pump insulation broke on cable after 5 years of flexing during cleaning.

Non-UK plug supplied
Comes with a non-UK plug and without the small plastic tube that connects the motor to the filter. Luckily, the existing plug had not blown when the motor did so I was able to connect the replacement motor to the old plug cable. Considering 50% of the product is unusable, an expensive purchase.

Not for British homes
Description needs to be clearer. When the pump arrived it had a 2 prong plug so not suitable as I live in Scotland.

Terrible do not buy I plugged it in the water run for 3mins then the pump blew , do not waste your money

Good pump
Good pump for this water fountain. My only issue was it came with an international plug however luckily as this was a replacement I just could connect it to my U.K. plug end instead.

Works perfectly
Raccoons got in through my pet door (!!) and chewed up the cord/plug to the original pump. Replacing the pump is much cheaper than replacing the whole fountain (which fortunately is stainless steel, so the raccoons couldn't destroy it too) and works perfectly.

Works great BUT…..
When I was cleaning my cat fountain my pump suddenly decided it wasn’t going to start up again when I was done. I was astounded and angry. It was barely a year old. Anyway I bought this replacement pump and it works just fine. Regarding the old pump I decided to soak it in vinegar for a night and after that I put it back together and it worked perfectly fine! For anyone else who might be in the same boat as me, try that before buying a new pump.

Pet water fountain
I bought this to replace the motor in my fountain that stopped working after cleaning the fountain. I later found that my old one still worked once I installed it correctly. This one will be stored until I need it.
