This is a fantastic product if you suffer from headaches and/or backaches! The upper body wrap stays secure around your neck with a thick piece of velcro. It smells slightly of lavender, but not overpowering. (If it was overpowering it would be worse for a headache!) It gets just warm enough to provide relief and the way that it is made, when you lay down on it -it pushes on pressure points on your back to relieve back and neck pain. The eye mask is an added bonus and because of the clay beads, it adds just enough pressure to relieve eye pain.I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone suffering from headaches, backaches, migraines, pressure headaches, any sort of upper body pain!

Great size and the shape stays well on your shoulders even when sitting up, and covers a lot of area. My boyfriend's sister had to borrow one I had similar to this style for a couple weeks, and mentioned hers had gotten lost. She really missed it, especially the soothing scent when it was warmed up, even though it drove her husband nuts. (At least that way he didn't steal it!) So I knew replacing her lost one would be a great gift when her birthday came up. Only thing is that we were both surprised the smell wasn't stronger when she took it out of the box. I don't know if it got stronger once she warmed it up the first time. I suggested she could supplement the scent with essential oils if needed. I just didn't expect that she'd need to when I picked one with a scent. Overall a good quality product.

First time I used this I was disappointed. Followed the instructions and it didn’t get much warmer than body temperature. Since then I’ve learned to make sure the beads are evenly distributed and carefully fold it into quarters. I put it on a plate in the microwave with a cup containing the water. I nuke it for 2 min. Next I flip it over for another 2 min. The, I flip the fold over for another 2 min. Lastly I just flip the whole thing over for one more minute.I don’t think the instructions recommend these rimes but otherwise it doesn’t get hot enough. I also think it gets better with use as the clay beads seem to absorb the moisture and it warms up better.Now that I can actually get it warm I love it. I have a bad left shoulder and sort of wear it sideways so it nicely covers my shoulder and upper arm. It is actually rather large for the average female but you can tinker with it to get it where it needs to be. This is nicely sized for a manly man.I’ve come to really like this thing. Don’t be afraid to experiment to find the sweet spot in your microwave.

My wife and I have been looking for a large, microwavable heating pad for awhile. We tried plug in, and some smaller types but they never did the trick. So far this pad has performed well and smells nice. Back and shoulder pain have eased as we are able to wrap and secure large areas at one time. Very happy with this purchase.

First I never got a face mask And now the most important I’m sending your product back it blew up in microwave just like other customers said I emailed your company with no respond and yes I followed instructions it made a hole that when I picked it up I got burned by the beads inbetween my fingers that it blistered your company needs to improve your product it’s serious if you don’t take care of this issue you might end up in lawsuits it is poor product I usually don’t do negative reviews they might be okay in freezer but not in microwave I don’t even want to give a one star review it’s junk that are being sold to cunsumers and very dangerous beads kind of melted took me a while to remove it off my hand

I followed the directions exactly, and honestly this pad only gets slightly warm. I tried redoing the heating procedure three times (putting in microwave with a cup of water for up to two minutes a time) and it is like a luke warm, not therapy heat temperature. I didn't want to try past the third time because I was worried I'd burn it and the water was boiling in the cup. The mask is great for headaches, but only stays chilled for about five minutes, even after being in the freezer for days. The size is great but I think it affects the heating. Would definitely not spend the money on this again.

Still works GREAT..this is the best warmer I have ever used. I hear it for one and a half minutes. came in and wrapped it around my neck. it was the best feeling on my shoulders. I just had rotator cuff surgery. this is the first thing that has brought me any relief
