Fragile and unreliable
A high maintenance and fragile product. After using for 6 months the product stopped working. I paid 2000 and got a replacement from the company as the mesh was broken. Then after 2 months the replacement product also stopped working. I was told by BPL the mesh was broken again. The replacement product was handled with utmost care. If the product is so delicate how can it be used for traveling and portability? Looking for alternatives that is sturdy and reliable.
