Everybody lately is talking about the huge problem we have with plastic items. When I really started to research it I was pretty appalled.Then I looked at my plastic use. I was using a lot of straws. And I know it's time we have to give up single-use, throw away petroleum plastics for our oceans, our planet, and all of those wild animals who don't deserve to suffer from our throw away society. Getting reusable straws and grocery bags, and drink bottles and other reusable items can save huge amounts of plastics from damaging our oceans and hurting or killing animals.Bamboo straws can be a little pain to clean, you really will need that little scrub brush with it to clean them, but if you're willing to just go a little bit extra to clean them they're worth it.The 2 cleaning brushes is very nice bonus in this set, and better bristles than the cheapies I got with my steel straws. Didnt like the taste of those steel straws so im very happy i tried bamboo straws finally!

These are the perfect straws. The bamboo straw does not leave a funny taste at all. I like how the bamboo feels on my lips and teeth. Even though paper straws have gotten more sophisticated, they are still paper which I worry use too many resources and I hate how paper feels on my lips.Because it's a natural material, there are different widths also. If you are trying to fit a straw through a hole in a reusable cup, you may have to try a few different ones in the pack. Make sure to clean them before you use them.

Nice packaging in a little linen holder with a string that you can carry in your bag. It takes some getting used to sipping liquids through the bamboo straw but I don't mind at all. They are helping to save the environment one unused plastic straw at a time! I also carry them in my purse for my family so that when we eat out, we all have a straw. DOING THIS MAKES A DIFFERENCE my friends! Less waste and less use of plastics! Worth the money and would buy again.

I have tried other bamboo straws before that I hated because they tasted too much like wood. These straws taste like wood for the first few sips and then it goes away completely! I love these straws.

Love these! Use them all the time at restaurants where there are no straws available. Easy to carry and clean and better than paper straws by far, metal has the risk of chipping teeth so this is a great alternative
