How do I get customer service?
I installed SIM card, set up an account with Speedtalk mobile and installed SeTracker on my phone. Watch is showing wrong date and time. Watch phone not working. Watch is not connecting to my home wifi (description says it can use wifi), the app is not connecting to the phone, the app says "Device is offline" Further, the app shows pop up adds every time you open it. Would really appreciate some customer service-my son is so disappointed.

It has it's pluses for the money. You get what you pay for
Set is a huge pain in the butt. Started off ok I thought. Then things stopped working the GPS is like 2 miles off no matter what I do. The chat doesn't work anymore I have no clue why. I am very very tech savvy and this watch is a huge pain. It does work for just phone calls pretty well. You don't have to use a special app to make phone calls or receive them. You can just dial out unlike the Gizmo kids watch that Verizon offers. I purchased this one because I don't have Verizon as a phone carrier and didn't want to to swicth. The 5 dollar a month prepaid is very worth it's while I feel. All around just not very good setup and user friendly. If your only soul reason is only for a child to make phone calls with having access to all the other BS of a smart phone this is worth the money.

Nice watch and good custmoer service
I bought it for my son as Christmas gift. He loves it, the color, design, it is easy to use. And I can monitor my son's activity when I am at work. He can talk to me, my husband and his brother whenever he needs us. And he can record and take pictures on things he is interested in. But the battery life is not long, it needs to charge every day. And after a couple of days charging, the charger does not work. I have to write to them to ask for where to buy the new charger. The seller replied quickly, and send us a new watch to replce the old one. My son is very happy about it.

Ask that the phone be sent with SIM card
The watch was sent without the SIM card, even though add said it was in lncluded, I did got a refund of $5usd, and bought a SIM and a $10 usd/month plan directly from T Mobile, but I only could manage to make the watch work as a phone (not able to sinc with app, by so cant use the tracking mode, restrict calls, or program the time).

Wrong product review
I’ve been trying to look up product reviews for this kid smart watch and all the reviews for it are for a fidget gadget....

Only works on Tmobile 2G network!
Full description is not advertised. I have called customer service thru the watch, the sim card that came (and I loaded), and downloaded multiple apps and this watch will not connect! Unless you live somewhere 2G still works do not waste your money!!!
