The flavour is horrible ,I had the sensation of wanting to throw up every time I had to take it and that's why it is not easy to swallow. It leaves a after taste in your mouth.

I suffer with psoriasis and my nails are brittle but within one month of using this product they are growing back stronger. This is on repeat now and strongly recommend to anyone. Although I do not like the taste I have noticed my hair does appear thicker & healthier looking.

On my 3rd box! Previously, my hair wasn’t in a great condition, lots of breakage through colour, blowdrying, hormones! I’ve seen a noticeable difference since I’ve been taking the shots. My nails have grown too. Also taking the Pro Collagen shots and really pleased with those too. Will continue to combine the two, so far, so good..! Only downside, if any, is that I wish it was on an Amazon Save & Subscribe deal - works out quite pricy ordering both every 20 days!

This is a very good product, took regularly for two months , when i went to hairdresser he said my hair was in a much better condition and i noticed it felt thicker and did not see so much hairloss, i stopped taking it and i see the difference , will be purchasing again now .Got my husband onto it too..
