I tried this cap after my previous and pricey one got damaged. I use heated caps for deep conditioning treatments and also to process my hair colors when I dye my hair. When I received it, it arrived in a box with a bag holding the cap. I like that the material is almost satin-like and doesn't seem to hold smells, as my previous one was a Terry cloth material and held every smell around it. At first the cap was hard to get on over my head and a shower cap, but after some adjusting it worked. I heated mine up for 90 seconds according to the package and after 50 minutes of it being on with a deep conditioner it was still holding heat. A downside would be the gel seemed to sit on the top of my head which tends to get too hot so I had to move it around to distribute the gel to other areas of my head. The other downside would be if my head was a bit bigger or if I had more hair, this probably would not have fit my head. My hair is a little past shoulder length when curly and I seemed to tug a little bit to get it over my shower cap and my hair. I ended up having really moisturized hair which resulted in an amazing wash and go. Overall I would definitely use this over and over, as it is a great and comfortable cap.

It works wonders and made my hair feel super soft. I would recommend heating the cap up longer than the recommended 90 seconds only because when it comes out it doesnt feel very warm at all (there again may be my brand of microwave) loved the way my hair felt afterwards.

This heating cap is amazing!!!The delivey was a actually a 2 days early. I was greatly satisfied with the delivery. 😊I'm satisfied with my new heating cap. It does exactly what it says on the box. I used it last night for my deep conditioning and I will tell you that it lowers the frizzing down to minimum.it's very easy to use all you have to do is put it in the microwave for 90 seconds and wallah. I currently recommended all my friends to try this out for deep conditioning purposes.

I was worried that it wouldn't be big enough because I have thick curly hair, a little pass the shoulders. But once I put it in the microwave and combed my hair out, I put it in a bun and it fit on my head. I kept it on while in the shower.I heat it up for 120 seconds and kept it in aluminum foil to stay hot while I shampooed my hair and it still lasted after I took it off.I'm satisfied with this product.

I have a larger than average head, so the elastic is tight on me. I have learned the hard way to only microwave it on 80% power - I burned my self the first couple of times I tried this. It does retain its heat for the full 30 minutes of hot oil treatment, though.

This cap is good. I have low porosity hair so it makes moisturizing it easier. The band around it is a bit uncomfortable however, it’s good for use.

It's a great alternative to sitting under a dryer. I use it on a regular basis. I wish the band wasn't so thick as it irritates my forehead but other than that it's awesome.

Fits more like for a child size head. Will continue to use it on my daughter
