We used this in a Traditional Spanish Paella and it was amazing!

I've been using Matiz saffron for many months, purchased at a local whole foods store. It's always been great, but they no longer carry it, so I bought it from Amazon. First bottle was terrible--it seemed like much less than 3 grams, it was dry and brittle, and the strands were broken up and short. I gave Amazon one more chance with the product and this time, I measured the contents. It was only 2 grams instead of 3. The strands were longer and better, but still, it wasn't 3 grams. Plus, when I tried to return it, Amazon said it can't be returned. Very disappointed with Amazon's Matiz saffron and my not being able to return it. I think it's Amazon's problem, because all the ones I purchased at the store were fine.

I ordered two 3g jars of Matiz Saffron. I received one 3g jar and one 0.8g jar. Sadly I did not realize that this item was not returnable when I purchased it. Buyer beware these items are NOT RETURNABLE!!
