So far so good. Great pricing for the quality. I don't normally write reviews, but after reading some of the negative reviews, I had to chime in a bit. People have to understand that CLA works in conjunction WITH proper exercise and a balanced diet. And I know what you're thinking, "wait, I will lose weight by doing that WITHOUT having to spend money on supplements!" This is TRUE, but with "thermogenic" supplements (and that is what this is, something to SUPPLEMENT what you should be getting in your diet anyway) the good ones should just give you a boost in the long run after consistent use. Don't expect a miracle because that's just not how nature works. Sorry folks, but science has yet to figure that out safely. Drinking green tea regularly is a GREAT boost to help weight loss. Eating grapefruit, lean protein, etc... But no "magic" bullets with instant gratification. And also keep in ind that everyone is different. What might help me lose weight rapidly may not be as effective for the next person. Find your "sweet spot", give this or other supplements some time, and don't spin your wheels by eating crap and expecting miracles!I just started this so I will submit a follow up review after about 3 months or so, but so far so good. Just got it last week, this stuff is amazing! I've been using Nutrex Lipo 6, black ultra concentrate, but the price went up and figured I'd look for something with a better price. This stuff really makes you feel amazing! it seems like it takes a good 30 minutes to kick in full gear but when it does you know it. I haven't gotten any jitters, crashes, or any side effects at all. I dont know if its supposed to, but it seems to be suppressing my appetite, I haven't really had any crazy fast food urges like I usually do, and when I do eat something I feel fuller much quicker. I've only been using for a little bit, but so far this stuff is amazing!

I have been taking for over a week ~ I have not a change in my energy level.Although I am following a diet plan while usin this product I not only did not lose weight, I actually gained 2 lbs in a week.Disappointing!

First of all the description of this will fool anybody. After purchasing this about 2 months ago I can legit leave a real review; as I have taken this supplement with diet/ exercise for the past month and a half EVERY DAY, twice a day. I would not purchase this product again. This does nothing for my energy levels whatsoever. Also, I have not lost any weight. MAYBE a pound here or there, but thats to be expected as I work out no less than 5x a week, with a good diet.... So basically this did nothing at all for me. Make sure when you look at reviews from other people claiming this product works wonders... you read the "amazon verified purchase" and that may tell you if its a legit review or not. Hope mine helped!

I don't notice much of a difference with this product compared to not taking anything. I'll probably just stick to my coffee to get that extra boost of energy. I gave it two stars because it doesn't make me feel twitchy (like I did with Oxy Elite Pro), but at least even with those side effects I knew it was working! I would not purchase this product again.

I take this 30 to 45 minutes before my workout. Doesn't feel much of rush. Barely get through 30 minutes of workout then feeling tired already. I will not recommend to others or buying again.

Not knowing how my body would react to this, I took only half a pill. Within 10 minutes, I felt strong warmth come over me, my heart rate almost doubled and I became dizzy. My blood pressure became very high. After 30 minutes of waves of dizziness, I went to the ER. I was given Atavan to bring my heart rate back under control. I have never had any reaction to any drugs before this, and can't imagine how bad it could have been if I'd taken the full dose. I would not recommend this for anyone, as I do not feel it is safe.

This product works! The first couple times I used it I was a little jittery but keep in mind I am EXTREMELY sensitive to caffeine. After the first couple of times there was no problem at all. I only take it with lunch (1 pill) a few times a week and I am really slimming down fast. I have also been eating more soup and salad at lunch time so that might also be helping the pill. I find that I am eating less on this too. I will buy it again!
