The dresser was delivered as scheduled no problem there. However dresser was missing a drawer handle i call Ashley furniture store customer service and they informed me they are unable to send a drawer handle and i would have to return the dresser even though there wasn’t anything wrong with it and repurchase the dresser all for one dresser drawer handle..

Looks nice but low quality. The glued in plastic hinge to keep the heaviest top draw in place was pulled away from the dried out cork board used inside. For the time I spent pulling it apart and putting in material to make it work I could’ve bought a doityourself piece to put together which might be sturdier. Delivery service was awesome. Very unsatisfied and disappointed in the product quality. The drawer still isn’t sitting right. What a pain it will be to take everything out again and move it out of the house for returning it

First off, I’d like to say I have two of the matching nightstands. They’re great, had no issues with them getting delivered pre-assembled . Then you have the dresser which came in with one rack falling off with no screw to be found, three of the twelve racks loose and had to be tightened. And for some odd reason, 2 drawers are not closing flush the same as the others. Poor craftsmanship in assembly. I can only assume this was assembled on a Friday right before the assembler was about to get off work and was in a rush to finish. Other than the fact that it was poorly assembled, seems like a great dresser with lots of space. It does match the nightstands in the same style which is good.

These are nice but you definitely get what you pay for. Shipping was fast and they were already assembled. The laminate exterior is thin and the edges are poorly seamed and even brittle/jagged in places.

I have the nightstands to this set. They went together sooo much easier.My dresser came 1 screw short and 4 other screws stripped while putting them in so they super lose and I can’t fix them since the top is stripped

Very good looking but poor quality. Drawers are not weight bearing and everything seems poor quality. The smell inside is bad too. It came in with missing hardware and plywood in the back cracked.

Nice dresser from a good vendor if you don't mind wait times.I'd order from them again.inspect and beware of something that's shipped from the factory direct as they don't take the time and care that the seller does.Overall it's nice and I'm happy

Product came damaged, but after a few calls to Amazon they made it right with a refund quickly...Product was nice, but it was not handled well during shipping. Box was damaged right where the damage to the product was... It looked as if it would have been sturdy if it was not already damaged...
