Doesn’t work as advertised
The device can not be synced with the app, despite trying several times with various internet settings. Amazon was great and replaced the first device due to this issue, however the replacement device also had the same problem. It works fine as a basic HDMI splitter, but for the price it better work as advertised.

App has a lot of problems.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The idea is good but the app has a lot of problems. It won’t work if multi units is added. The app keeps refreshing and trying to reconnect the units. I tested 3 units for several hours...

works good
This HDMI switch box works very good.Switches automaticly to connected port when the component is tuned on,and switches back to other connected port when turned off. Need to use good HDMI cables.I connected PS4 PRO,XBOX ONE X and Cable BOX to it and all work fine with no problem.

Works with Alexa but not great voice command
Voice command is not that great. Had to manually push the button

App not available. QR code not working
Could not find the app. I wanted to connect to echo but the QR code in the manual would not find the app for me to download. Customer service was no help.

SCAM ALERT / DONT BUY THIS!
If you’re thinking, “this sounds too good to be true” — well, it is! It does not work with the app — I can confirm that this is a SCAM!

Installation instructions are unintelligable
The user interface is awful. I keep getting an error message that tells me to switch to manual connection, but there are no instructions on how to do that. Returning this piece of junk toot sweet.

Won't connect to the app
The main purpose I purchased this device is for the Alexa capability. My wife is legally blind to the point of not being able to use remotes well so we rely on Alexa a lot.The device would not connect to it's own app so therefore we could not add it to Alexa. I purchased 2 separate devices and neither would connect. I went through the limited product support and could not get either to work.It does work manually and with the remote control provided but as specified that does not help in our circumstances and I paid a higher price for the additional features.
