This replaced a lesser version we had at our cultural center. It is sturdy and looks good. It was simple to install. It works very well and we have been using it for several weeks so far and are very pleased with the workmanship and how well the product is performing. We highly recommend this item!

The overall quality of this valve is great, everything fits together well and the chrome finish is very well done. I installed it over a deep basin slate sink and so far it's working well. The stem feeding the sprayer leaks occasionally but I believe it's due to the absence of a support (included) in the installation presently, and the rough treatment it gets from others in my household. Every now and then I notice a trickle and retighten the parts and it seals back up. Also there are spare seals included. I work as a chef part time and love the sink valve at the restaurant which led me to choose a similar setup for home. At $200ish, this one is about half the price of a NSF rated American made valve so I'm not expecting industrial ruggedness from it. The sprayer blasts at even higher pressure than the one at work and the chrome finish is nicer too. Be aware that as this unit is Chineseium, the threads within it are metric and BSP. This shouldn't be an issue unless you need to swap components with another system. The inlets are fine with NPS connectors.

I, like you have been doing my research on a commercial faucet that’ll be perfect for my shop. This didn’t have quite 5 stars but it was close enough. I read the reviews and the most consistent negative reviewI could see was that it leaks. I was hoping it was just user error, and maybe it’ll be different for me. Out of caution we even had our plumber professionally install this thing… and what do you know; right off the bat it started leaking!!! Plumber putty can only do so much. It saved us for like a week and then it started leaking AGAIN. This faucet has the potential to be good… but right now the product is trash. Spend a little more elsewhere or go the more basic route.Update: they sent me a replacement and it also leaked. See picture attached.

This faucet was exactly what I was looking for. Easy to install, and looks amazing. It is the real deal and the quality is better than expected.

This thing is well built and comes with all the gaskets (and extras) that you need. Its heavy so you certainly will want to use the wall mount to help stabilize it - be sure to have a plan for that before you purchase.The instructions aren't the easiest to follow, but be sure to assemble the "neck", hose, wall mount, etc BEFORE attaching to the valves otherwise you might find yourself disassembling and reassembling. Also check all "pre-assembled" joints as I found a couple were not fully tightened.Many say you need an adapter to hook supply hoses up but you don't, it comes with 1/2" male brass fittings for the hoses to hook up to. The only reason you might need an adapter is if you want to make an immediate 90 degree turn, which a hose won't be able to do but a 90 degree 1/2" male/male brass fitting can accomplish for you.
