Perfect radio alarm
I purchased one of these last Christmas from the ‘never knowingly undersold’ retailer & after 10 months it just stopped working due to a faulty chip.No longer available in stock I turned to faithful Amazon in the hope I could track one down - bingo!This is a beautiful model and the sound is incredible, with the added bonus of being so easy to programme. But the main plus point is the choice of two alarms - I can set one for the weekdays and the other for the weekend.There are some truly shoddy, poor quality radios around - this most certainly is not one of them. Buy it - you won’t be disappointed ✨

Nice radio. Not dim enough backlight for me
Lovely looking radio, if rather big, but 5e issue was the backlight does not turn off fully at night.I am a light sleeper and need proper darkness but the light was too much for me even on its lowest setting.I went with a lumie dab radio instead in the end as the display turns off fully at night.

Really lovely radio.
Ordered on Friday evening, arrived Sunday afternoon on free delivery. Fantastic service. This is a lovely radio and I'm delighted with it. It's surprisingly big and has a lovely stereo sound quality. The moment I plugged it in it began to self tune and was up and running in minutes. My four favourite stations were added to the pre-set buttons within seconds. (you can do up to 10, I believe) Two alarms and a sleep timer are easy to access and the display has five brightness settings as well as completely off if required....but you won't see the time if you do this. I found level 4 ideal for my bedroom. All in all, for my purposes this is a perfect radio and I'd highly recommend it.

A good clock radio
Excellent sound and the dual alarms work well, so I wake up to a gentle introduction to the day with radio 3 at just the right volume. An attractive addition to my bedside table. I’ve just noticed an answer to a query about how to dim the display which is helpful. Like another reviewer I found the instructions about setting the presets from 5 - 9 difficult so will stick with four.

Excellent Radio
Excellent radio. Also bought the chargepak which is great, avoiding the need to remove rechargeable batteries every time they need recharging. The chargepak charges automatically when the radio is connected to the mains electricity supply.Tuning stations 5+ is a bit fiddly but no problem when you get the hang of it.

Fantastic radio, but.
This is a really good radio with an "amazing" sound quality, I was blown away with the sound quality coming from such a small speaker.The only let-down I feel is that this radio really would have benefited greatly from having a handle to carry it with because it's rather on the large side, that's my only complaint.Definitely worth the money, a very pleasing product.I just hope that future radios like this beauty have that so needed handle so as not to drop it.Well done Pure.

No snags so far
Good sound and easy to use. The main problem I have with DAB radios is poor reception, but this was fine straight out of the box. Good sound.
