Portuguese cooking pot Brilliant
I seen these pots being used in portugal and had a meal out of it while I was away. They cook your meal beautifully, because the pot locks at both ends which keeps all the steam and goodness in the pot.Read up on them you will be pleasantly surprised. They can be used on halogen.

Versatile pot
I used to have a copper cataplana which we brought back from Portugal years ago, so when I saw this I bought it immediately. It is very versatile as you can use it as a wok or as a tagine. The flavor gets locked in and everything cooks faster. It disassembles for the ease of cleaning which was a big plus for my husband who does the washing up!

The cataplana don't close fullyAnd it burns very easily and don't come off when washing
