We started canning pickles and this knife is perfect for making the ridges a pickle is known for. Extremely sturdy and cuts easily. Works great on carrots.

I purchased as a joke for my wife. It works good on pickles but haven't really used it much on anything else.

I love this crinkle cut knife! I had a mandolin at one point and darn near cut my finger off! Threw that away and then one day I found this in Amazon and thought this at least I could control. But was curious if it really could cut easily. Let me tell you this crinkle cutter is amazing! I grow pickling cucumbers and when I get the big ones I just slice em up with this knife. Works really easy. Takes no effort to cut through cucumbers.The jar in the middle has slices from this knife. Don’t they look delicious? Highly recommend this crinkle cutter.

This was much bigger than expected, takes up a lot of space in my knife drawer, not kid friendly at all, hard to chop smaller veggies like carrots.

I love the crinkle cuts for my cheese and my cucumbers. It made the presentation of my charcuterie board look better. My husband and guests thought it was a nice touch.
