GIGALUMI 12 Pcs Solar Deck Lights, Bronze Finished Waterproof Led Solar Lamp for Outdoor Pathway, Yard, Patio, Stairs, Step and Fences. (Warm White)

I bought solar lights from Gigalumi before and love how they illuminate my front pathway and enhance my front door. Been contemplating how to spruce up my backyard especially at night and order these. $23 for 12 solar lights. These lights are L-shape product with solar panels that rest on the step or surface and light section overhang off the step edge. It only requires two screws to secure. Very easy to install. A beautiful addition. I have a pool with steps to the jacuzzi and patio, these lights definitely define the steps, making nightly stroll safe for the family. Since there so many in the order, I added them to my fences and benches giving my backyard a cohesive look and the lights along the fence helps mark how far my yard extends at night. Love the soft yellow glow, adds warm and romantic ambiance to my backyard. I already got complements from family, friends and neighbors that my yard looks inviting. We just had a storm and 4 inches of rain yet the lights work great. It even works indoor as long as my sliding patio allows lights from outside in, illuminating my step down to a living space at night; saves me the hassle of looking for a switch at night, reminding me where the step is to avoid tripping over it. Most importantly, save my electricity expense. Truly love solar products, especially these deck light. These would probably look great too on gazebo, pergola, decks, and balcony. Would definitely recommend these products.

Gigalumi solar lights are so beautiful and serene. They look like small candles lit up at a distance. You’ll want to keep looking at them. Installation is very easy. The solar lights were sent with some power in the batteries, I installed in the evening & the lights came on right away & stayed on all night. Three of the lights didn’t turn on from the next evening onwards. I contacted the seller & they promised to send me a new set of replacement lights. That was way more customer support than what I had expected. I would buy again from this seller in a heartbeat. The lights turn on at dusk & stay on till before dawn. Even on cloudy & rainy days the lights turn on without fail.

The lights came in as ordered within the expected time. They looked brand new came in individual bubble wrap. No visual damage.I am very particular about making holes in walls or wood or anything around my home so these lights worked great. I actually just set them on the window sill no screws utilized. The sun hit them during the day time and they are quite sexy at night. So far one did not work but my husband discovered the wire came loose and plans to solder it. I did not need all 12 but was glad it came as a 12 pack. Overall this product seems well worth the price and served its purpose.

Update 1/26/21: The sellers did reach out to me and wanted to make it right. They just refunded my purchase price and offered me another set for free. I thanked them but politely said that if the product design had not been changed to address my concerns, I would probably have the same issues again. I know others have been happy with this product, and the price is certainly good.Pros:Lights illuminate each step well.Cons:The screws they give you are too thin (the heads can break off) and the phillips head end is so small, it will strip very easily screwing into to wood steps.You can really only use them in drywall or plaster, with the provided sleeves.You will eventually need to unscrew them to replace battery, so I used small drywall screws that will be easy to remove.I made sure to place these to the side, because I can see that these can break if someone should step on it. I wish the plastic were more like one solid piece for durability. Not that rugged.Bottom line: These are cheap and not worth the money for use more than a few months.Will be looking for metal units that are better quality.I had one defective unit out of the 12.Update:7 months later and moisture and bugs got into a few of them, all batteries had to be replaced in those that still worked. LED lights melt the plastic they are fixed next to.

These lights do light the path of steps doe my deck. I only had one that did not work properly. I just put them up this weekend so I see how Ling they last I did not use screws but taped them down

Bought these lights April 30, and installed on May 10th of 2019. Writing review on 6/21 For the first 3 weeks, we absolutely loved them. We installed them on our dock on the lower cross members. Three major problems put these in the category of super cheap china junk and wasted money and effort. These are not even worth putting in a dollar store. 1. The screws are plain metal. Most outdoor lights, even the cheap china ones, at least come with stainless or galvanized screws. These are cheap painted low quality metal and they start rusting in a week. I could over look that and we planned on replacing with stainless,. 2. I ordered a box of lights "Bronze finished" and they all looked the same when we installed them. NOW half of them are green plastic and the other half brown or "bronze" being out in the sun for a month re-colored the plastic on half and it is definitely a defect since side by side. 1 Month! 3. 2 of the lights have given out completely already and will not go on anymore. They have plenty of light for solar, and there is no reason they should not be working other than the fact that were installed outside. Nothing has touched them except a month of Florida sunshine and rain, both of which should have them at least lasting the one to two years we expected. Pictures show the change in plastic color after 1 month in the sun. Note, we bought 1 box of 12. No rhyme or reason from what is in more sunlight as they can be next to each other and one went green while the other stayed the brown color it was the day we took them out of the box and mounted. Now with the different colors with the defect and the two bad ones, the only thing I will have to show for it is screw holed in my deck from removing them.. You get what you pay for most of the time, but these are not recommended by us.

Perfect lighting for my balcony. As described, solar charge. Would be nice if it could be switched off, especially for winter. We will see how they last over the winter season. I do not get a lot of sun to fully charge in winter and I do not need them during the cold months. Hopefully they will be just as good this spring.

La luz es menos intensa de lo que pensaba. mi unica preocupacion es que no le da el sol todo el dia a esas lamparas espero que se suficiente para que se carguen. Pero cumple con su comentido de iluminar las escaleras y darles un toque mas llamativo al area. excelente compra
