I decided to write a review since I hadn't seen any and didn't want anyone to pass on this because there wasn't any customer feedback. I wouldn't want anyone to lose out on what I consider the best value I've ever gotten from workout equipment. The amount of value in this package is unrivaled!It arrived a day early (2 Days Shipping), so that was already a positive experience. Upon first inspection, the packaging was top notch and I was surprised at how heavy the box was, which was of course the first hint that quality materials were used in the manufacturing. I proceeded to open the box and inspect everything that came in the packaging. I was in awe!From the Ab Roller, Mat, Jump Rope and Sliders, everything absolutely appeared to be of highest quality. So, I of course had to test everything out for a first impression. For reference to those who read this, I'm 6'3" and 240lbs. I'm incredibly dedicated to working out, from advanced calisthenics, weight lifting, gymnast rings and more. I take my working out incredibly seriously and the same goes for judging new additions to my equipment roster.I can safely say that each component contained in the package is of shocking quality and not just for the money. I would have easily paid double what this cost if I had known how high quality everything was before hand.Ab Roller: The Ab Roller easily handled my weight, gliding smoothly across both carpet and hardwood flooring. It felt absolutely strong enough to support someone even larger than myself with ease.Sliders: The Sliders easily glide across my carpet and hardwood flooring as well, so no issues there either.Jump Rope: The Jump Rope is of professional quality and includes well described instructions for assembly for those new to that piece of equipment, which was a nice touch and shows how thoughtful the presentation of everything was. They really seem to care about their product, which is excellent to see. Also to note, you receive 2X rope cables and fittings, which is once again an insane value!Knee Mat: Then finally the included Mat was surprisingly thick (appx: 1/2') and supported my weight incredibly well. Considering I'm a fairly large individual at 240lbs, I was pretty surprised at this. It provided a comfortable experience throughout a 20 minute test workout.Warranty: They provide a 3 year warranty, which is just another cherry on top of an already incredibly excellent package. What more could you ask for?In closing, I really couldn't be more pleased with the Mandrill Workout 3 in 1 kit. From packaging, shipping and product the overall customer experience was second to none. So don't sleep on buying this, because it's worth every cent. I'll be supporting them from now on, because it's not often you see a company providing a stellar product at an affordable cost.I hope this helped someone else considering buying this fantastic lil' kit! I have used the products for about 2 weeks now and I can say that the main product, Ab Wheel, is unbeatable in price and quality! The jump rope is of good quality and I found it very useful that I received spare parts to it. I doubt I will need them because the rope is made out of steel cable and has a nice coating. I guess it might be useful if I wanted to fashion it to a different size. The build of the product is very strong and has steel bearings. Pretty much exactly what I was looking for. The gliding discs, I find, are perfect for a complete core workout.Bottom line, great pack for a complete home workout at a great price! I totally recommend it!

All items are cheaply made and the instructions are limited to assembly only. The wheel is o.k. but, handles slide. The jump rope is a project. The jump rope is extremely long for a reason. You need to customize the rope (actually wire). This requires you to have the proper tools to cut the jump rope (wire) to your fit. The package does not provide exercise instructions. Be prepared to Google what the disk sliders are for.

Perfect home workout product!I use these products for over 1 month now and I can say that I made the right choice to go for Mandrill Brand!The Jump Rope has the perfect build for speed jumping and double under and the ab wheel, after I tested over 4 different models I can say that it has the best stability, quality and design! The extra knee pad and jump rope cable + accessories I find that give a great value and quality to the whole package.Really glad I chose Mandrill!I bought products from them before, and they never let me down!

Perfect example of getting what you pay for.I bought this kit when I was looking for a jump rope to complement my workouts but was sorely disappointed when I received it… The "rope" is plastic and keeps the shape it was rolled in so it's not very good for jumping. Also the handles are made of very flimsy and thin plastic. It still gets three stars because the ab roller and gliding discs are ok.If you're looking for an ab roller, go ahead; you can't beat this price. But for everything else, look elsewhere.

I'm amazed at the value you get in this box of goodies for the price. The roller is very solid & moves seamlessly without issue. The discs & jump rope were simply added bonuses, and quite the bonuses they were as they're of equal quality as well. You can't go wrong with this kit, especially at this price point. Cheers,

We acquired alot of workout equipment during this quarantine and this I must say is one of the best of all. If you do abs workout correctly, the roller will make your abs burn and the sliders and jump rope are good too. My only issue is the jump rope is rather light so it didnt really do it for me so I bought a specialty jump rope however for the value, I am not complaining

This ab roller was incredibly easy to set up and it works exactly how you would expect. I'm still working on getting all the way down and back up again, but that will come in time! Love the jumprope and knee pad, but those are just an added bonus!
