We purchased the XL size because the wearer is 6'3". It was short, as we expected, but besides that, it fits better than expected. We checked a few of the given measurements vs what we received and they matched almost exactly. The overall quality of the fabric is low but that is to be expected at this price point. It is in two parts, the skirt part of a topless dress like assembly held up with really annoying detachable rubber straps that will constantly fall off when trying to put it on and are almost impossible to put on after putting it on. The top part is rather small for this kind of dress but isn't an issue. It also came with a bonus choker necklace.
