Problems galore. Broken three different ways. Horrible waste of time. Difficult return/communication process.1. My pedestal/base arrived dented. I wasn’t too concerned about that.2. But I was concerned that after putting the three column sections together it is very obviously leaning to one direction, and horribly unstable. It wobbles, and I’m not talking about the base, I’m talking about the individual segments. It flops around regardless of how much I tighten the screws. Another allegedly verified reviewer suggests that it’s easy to just drill extra holes at each column junction and put in more screws. Fine. If you have the time, patience, tools, and skills to drill precisely through two different cylindrical pieces of poorly formed metal so that you can then add several more screws to make this NOT a wobbly, fiery, potential liability-death-trap, then have at it.3. Once I attached the heater to the top of the column it leans unsafely and wobbles. Even if I had then attached the three base screws to something, it would still be leaning precariously.4. My biggest problem was that it wouldn’t light. …Well, that was my biggest problem until I tried returning the thing, but I don’t think I’m allowed to complain too much about seller-specific stuff here or Amazon will not publish the review. Maybe they’ll allow it, because there’s only one seller selling this hunk of garbage.5. The manual doesn’t specify what size hose to get. I asked in this product questions section and somebody responded 3/8 of an inch. But when I put my caliper on it it reads 5/8 of an inch. It is disconcerting to purchase a $50 hose not knowing exactly what to get. (For the record, yes, you’re supposed to get a 3/8 of an inch hose)6. After so much BS from seller, I had to disassemble the wobbly, broken, dented heater, cram it back into the now-soggy original packing material, tape the heck out of the waterlogged box, take it to the FedEx dropoff. Another frustrating hour an a half of my life I won’t get back – on top of the two hours assembling and trying to figure out which hose to buy, etc.7. The manual is pretty crappy. It keeps mentioning liquid propane when this is a natural gas heater.8. If the seller/manufacturer had made this deal right, (tell me to toss the garbage, give me refund) I would have shortened this review and put it back up to three stars with a note about how the support was great. But this has been a colossal waste of time.Do yourself a favor: Look around at other heater options. Ask your neighbors. Look at what brands restaurants/bars are using. Don’t buy this.

We easily put the parts together and fired it up. We have used it several times and our guests enjoy it. The heater does what it says it does and what more can you ask. The only negative I could say is that there should be four screws instead of two in each of the pipe extensions that hold up the heater, but that was a very easy fix to make the heater more stable.

Heats well but not very sturdy.

Easy set up and it has worked well for a month.

Body unable to achieve tight fit. They constructed it backwards from regular units it having the female end go downward instead of upward. Terribly made. Will be trying to get refund on this piece of junk.
