I had a plumber install this, so not sure on the ease of it. But I love it. It looks great, it is powerful and does the job. Excellent value for money

Very nice product, easy to install, and very easy to use, the thermostatic valve mix the water perfectly all you have to do is set your favourite temperature , please note the the rail riser is extendible

As a retired plumber this shower was easy to fit and is great value for moneyIt compares with much more expensive showers of its type

I can see and feel the difference when taking shower as bought two showers set from 2 different makes, and this one has stronger and better water fall than the other one which was slightly more expensive. My only suggestion is please colour it in blue and red to make it the controls more visible.

I bought this item when refurbishing my bathroom to replace a tired looking but still very good Grohe shower - big mistake!The item arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged - unfortunately, that is where the positives end.On unpacking the item, the thermostat block did feel sturdy enough, but on closer inspection, there was a lot plastic in the construction and all of the attachments seemed quite flimsy.I didn't install the shower immediately after purchase due to the bathroom needing to be totally gutted which unfortunately rendered the returns policy void.The instructions advised the installer to use a backplate to fit the S unions onto which would have required joints behind the wall and tiles which is something I wanted to avoid.The majority of thermostatic blocks are able to be fixed to generic mounts fitted onto the tiles, however, the length of the supplied union joints and the fixing nuts on the thermostatic bar needs you to use what is supplied to ensure a flush fitting to the wall.I did not want joints behind the wall so I bent the two water supply pipes at 90 degrees leaving them exposed out of the tiles for fitting.I purchased a generic mounting kit and despite some threads showing behind the bar, at least I have avoided hidden joints.A word of warning - if you are going to use the supplied union joints - inspect the threads very closely. The ones I was supplied with had very sharp pieces of swarf still attached to the threads - not only is this a risk of cuts to the user, but could also compromise the rubber seals in the unit.So - after installation and checking for leaks, on commissioning, I tried the hand unit which seemed to work very well and I was quite pleased with the pressure of the water coming from it, however, I did wonder if this handset is designed to be used with this shower as the holder on the rail seems incompatible to the handle on the hand shower.I rotated the control on the bar to activate the overhead shower and again, the water came out no problem at a very good flow rate, however, the water stayed cold and did not heat up.After many attempts, I couldn't get the overhead shower to run hot.I contacted the seller via Amazon and I did receive a prompt response, however, it was written in very poor English and was difficult to comprehend, however, what I could decypher was that there was no problem with the shower, but must be an issue with my water supply What a load of tosh.The unit is supplied by a Worcester Bosch Combi boiler and all of the water outlets in the house AND the functional shower I replaced with this rubbish, worked fine with very good pressure.This issue is ongoing and I will be progressing my complaint, however, in the meantime, we have a useless overhead shower (handset works fine), and even after a few days after installation, there are scratches already appearing on the plastic handset.Very poor quality and avoid.

The unit meets all criteria, but the ad stated that the shower head came c/w a 5 pattern adjustable head. It doesn't. The ad was obviously wrong. My immediate reaction was to make a negative review but because of their excellent customer service department I decided to change my mind and give them high marks. They agreed to pay for a matching showerhead from a different supplier and keep the supplied one. I have since noticed that their ad has been altered and clearly states what's in the box

Only installed it a week today so far so good better than the one I replaced quick easy swap over being run with a brand new 3 bar shower pump was a little worried about pressure but seems to handle it well time will tell
