I have a new puppy and was looking for something to keep him warm for playing and potty training, without spending a ton since he would be growing out of it. I bought two of these jackets, in a small and medium, and immediately loved them. They look great, they're high quality and easy to get on and off of him, and there is a little adjustability to accommodate him growing. So far he's been in the small, but we'll be switching sizes soon, and I will probably purchase again in a larger size when needed.

I definitely recommend this jacket. Mainly for when your dog is going to be in the snow or anytime really cold as the jacket is thick and warm. It is not too thick though, our dog was still able to sprint in the snow perfectly fine. Lol. The jacket does not get in the way of him peeing which is great (others do). I love that it is reversible to have two cute looks. Also very smart that they have a reflective strip on both sides. My only semi complaint would be that it is a little confusing to put the jacket on because of the way the bottom of the jacket has to be made in order for it to be reversible, but to me it’s worth it. You get it pretty good after a couple of times. Our dog is roughly 32 pounds and a medium fits perfect. The jacket is made to where even if he was smaller or bigger than that it would still adjust to fit him. They thought of everything! Great coat for the price. Kept my dog warm and dry in our recent polar vortex in Michigan. Stays on my dog well, and it does not move around. The picture is my dog 80Lb lab mix. The coat is a size 2XL.

This is a really nice little jacket for my dog, who has very fine short fur and gets extremely cold in the wind and rain. I really like the look of it, I like that it is reversible, it fits as described, and I absolutely love the light-reflective strip on the shoulders, I feel like it will keep him safer on our winter walks.But it is NOT WATERPROOF as described in the listing title. I was specifically looking for something for him to wear in the rain and this will just not cut it. Whenever I purchase a rain jacket for anyone in the house, the first thing I do is put my hand inside and go run it under the faucet to absolutely soak the outside to see if it's waterPROOF or just water resistant. This would take awhile to be soaked but in a heavy rain that would happen pretty quickly. So this is NOT suitable for a raincoat, just useful for a drizzly cold day or light rain. In a downpour your dog would be soaked and miserable before long.

The jackets are nice and seem to be of good quality however, they are not true to size and for that reason I had to give only 4 stars. They run very small. I am donating them to one of our amazing animal fostering agencies Ruff Start.

I had to order this twice due to my poor dog measuring skills. She was on the cusp of large and extra large, I'd suggest going with the larger size should one find themselves in the same position. Sturdy, well made for its price point, goes on easily and stays on even when playing hard. Being reversible is, in my opinion, an unnecessary yet pleasant bonus feature.

It did a great job keeping my husband's service dog warm and dry during a very wet Wreath Across America ceremony they were apart of.

I bought the XL for our black lab/pitbull mix. She is 77 lbs with a strong chest, but her neck and lower torso are more similar to a lab. This fits great! She probably could have for a large as well since the Velcro patches are wide enough to adjust to different widths. She does not seem bothered when we put it on her and looks very cute on our cold weather walks. I have only used it 4 times (when it’s raining/snowing or temps are below 28 degrees). It does get dirty on the under carriage, but wipes off easily with a towel. I have not needed to wash it yet.
