This cream immediately began to help the cracked skin on my thumbs that happen during the winter. The pain began to subside and as I applied the cream almost each time I washed may hands the dry, cracked skin healed very quick... In 2 days the pain was gone and no more cracked skin. It works just as well on the feet. I continue to apply several times a day. I recommend this product to all who need moisturizing for their bodies. In fact I even recommended it to my Dermatologist last week. He was very interested and was going to order and try it out. This is a great lotion for severely dehydrated skin. I would recommend consulting with a dermatologist before using a lotion with such a high urea concentration (this product contains 10%). My derm said this product would be great for my dehydrated skin but to only use on my lower body and defiantly not on the facial area. Your personal medical needs may differ. This is a fantastic cream and the best bargain for these ingredients. I went through the 2oz in less than a week and have already ordered more.
