I’m the distribution supervisor for a VA hospital and this is useful for explaining to my crew how various products are used. My only concern is that the book arrived in a torn shipping bag. That isn’t good with the Coronavirus concerns these days but otherwise thank you very much. It’s in great condition.

Fascinating!!!
Used edition exactly as described by the seller and even better than expected. The shipping was impressively quick. Hopefully, if you are looking for a 1977 edition of the original Gray's you know what you are going to get. This really isn't a picture book for a beginning anatomy student. Not that those books aren't out there and absolutely necessary, but Gray's is more a reference for cadaver dissection and/or if you have the medical terminology background, painting exquisitely detailed mental pictures of the construction of the human body. Fascinating!!!

By far the best version of this text
Of the thousands of versions of this book (and the tens I’ve seen), this is by a long shot the best one. Here’s why: •Not heavy duty, but ultra duty— The book is VERY very durable, heavy, and will not fray or show signs of use over time. •Thick pages, like every page is laminated and smooth yet doesn’t glare. •No blurriness/pixelation— most other editions have crazy pixelation in the images. Not this one. The images are crisp and clear. •Some images are colorized but not to the point of obstructing the anatomy (a problem with the recent rainbow-like editions) I’m overjoyed I found this version, I can’t imagine a better one.

Grays Anatomy The Unabridged Running Press Edition of the American....
4 stars because i love Gray's work and have found his images to be more helpful than some of our 'modern day' renderings. the book quality was good for the price and was as advertised. I use this book often whether for work or out of curiosity and boredom to look up things for fun. I recommend this book or any version of Grays Anatomy as the drawings are stunning

Beautiful Edition!!!!!! Very Pleased!
Had the slip case edition, was looking for a more professional, sophisticated edition, read reviews and was lead to this 1973 edition. Was not disappointed! Beautiful binding, photos are extraordinary, even had an inscription on the front page that gave me some pride in knowing this book had history. "R.A. Morga, CRNA St Francis Hospital Marceline, Mo. 6465-8" I had purchased for reference to keep for a lifetime and maybe pass down to future generations, and this will certainly be a great piece to do just that.

Classic anatomy
Classic medical text. Excellent physiological diagrams and an overall good investment for anyone considering the medical sciences. My boyfriend is an artist and uses it for form references when drawing the human physique.
