Even if you put ice cold water in this it will heat it up. Works fine.

First the remote was great...the temperature control was great but make sure you know it will show you temperatures in C not F. If you are ok with that ..great. Next it says it has a handle. Wellllllll ...sort of. Unlike others that have a bucket type handle so you can lift it up after putting in water in sink or tub and to be able to empty it... this "handle" is a plastic PULL type handle kind of like a childs toy ...the kind that had rope pulls. This is a deal breaker for us. You have to take this thing in your arms and lift it up to put in th sink or tub and lift it back out again full... we can't do that...if you are senior or disabled forget about it. Someone said they put the hot water in a bucket and pour it into the spa. I don't want to have to do that. But you might be ok with that lack of a real "handle". but i don't think the discription should say it has a handle. to me that was misleading. Wheels were missing...Last problem. When running it I put my feet in for the "massage"...which was ok...but...BUT... as i sat there trying to relax the massaging balls actually kept moving my feet forward... which means i had to work to keep my feet ON the massaging balls. At one point it moved my feet forward with the rotating massage balls so that my toes actually touched the far end of the spa. I don't want to have to "work" to keep my feet in one place while being massaged. I want to be able to relax. Can't do that with this.

The unit is easy to use, but would prefer the temp to display in Fahrenheit too. (China built)Nice deep bath, goes up to about your shin, 8 inches or so.The foot massagers are ok, they are a bit small, but still work good.Not sure why you would need a remote? Its not like you can go far from the bath....I'd rather be charged 20$ less.Heat is perfect - gets almost too hot at higher settings, but it is adjustable.I would recommend this bath, overall works great for us, but seriously, lose the remote...

The tub has wheels that fit into the bottom that have to be attached otherwise it won't sit flat on the ground, this is an issue if you want to make sure the tub stays put. The rollers are too strong for what it is. If you put your feet directly on top of the rollers (either set, it comes with 2) your feet won't stay put unless you force them to. The rollers are so strong that they push your feet off of them. Also, the tub sides are super tall which I thought would be fine but you have to sit right up on it and can't set back and relax because it puts your legs at a weird angle. The remote won't work unless you're pointing it right at the bath from less than 6 inches away. The temperature has a hard time regulating, if you turn it up it will get super hot and then super cold, but won't stay warm, it's just very hot or cold.

I have arthritis in my feet (toes) and continue to try various things to relieve pain, swelling, stiffness. I’ve been using this with epsom salt every day. It does help a little. I find cool water feels much better than warm, so I keep heater on as low as possible. It is heavy when filled and dumping the water into bathtub, when done, is challenging. I use same water for two days then change it.

Just received this product, haven’t used it yet (will update review after using). I gave it 3 stars because, when I plugged it in, it did not power on. It also did not power on using the remote control (water was placed inside prior to testing the power). After about 60 seconds it came on after I moved the cord around that’s attached to the actual foundation of the foot spa. I feel a bit I comfortable, I feel as though it may have a shortage :-(. Also, the remote control doesn’t work well unless you’re about a foot away and it still has a delay or just wont operate that particular button. I hope it works, I’m excited about this $129 foot spa.

I can't wait to try it when I received it and until today I have used it for couple times already. Really works well for me. The temperature control is perfect, once you set up the temperature u dont need to worry about the water will get cool soon. It has two type of massage so I can change it easily depending on which one I want. The machine is a little bit heavy but it gets the roller on the bottom so easy to move. Anyway I thinks worth!!

This foot spa has a simple and efficient design, it comes with the remote control easy for you to adjust the settings, the set of wheels on the bottom makes it easier to move around, the external drain pipe is very convenient to drain the water out, you won't have to lift it, this spa use 4 removable rollers to massage the sole of your feet, which can help lower your stress and relieve your muscles. I love this foot spa.
