Best pan ever for ham and eggs
This is the best pan I've ever used for one of my favorite breakfasts, ham and egg sandwiches. I like to cook my eggs using as little oil as possible. Ham and eggs are a tough combo in that eggs don't do well on stainless steel, while frying meat without oil tends to kill Teflon pans quickly. This pan does a great job, you can cook the ham nice and crispy without ruining the pan and just use a squirt of cooking spray to fry the egg. The pan just wipes out with a paper towel. It doesn't matter if you burn the ham a little, this pan can take it and still wipe clean with a paper towel. If it can cook ham and eggs like this, it means everything else is easy. I've only used it a couple of dozen times to cook various items but it seems that it will last much longer than the average Teflon pan. I liked it so much, I looked for more marble coated pans. Unfortunately they are not all created equally. I ended up ordering a Valencia pan and it was not nearly the same quality. Look for the Korean made stuff from KW or ACE (seems to be the same company). The Valencia pan was from China. I just sent back the Valencia omelet, which was cheaper, and paid a little extra for the KW/Ace 8 inch omelet pan.

Sometimes things will stick a little, but overall very nice. Obviously a product marketed in Korea over the USA, which is fine!
So far this has stood up to some abuse, like leaving it on the fire empty, and other mistakes. It is pretty much non stick without Teflon. The bottom is a nice cast piece that absorbs and radiates heat evenly. So far so good! Easy to clean up. These are kind of a pain in the neck as far as following all the directions. I am a seasoned cast iron skillet person. If I screw those up, I can start over by machine cleaning them and reseasoning. This is not an option with this type of pan. So far the pan is doing great at cooking the foods we bought it for!

Great so far....
This pan has the best non stick surface we have ever seen. Also it is light weight yet cooks well and evenly. The only potential problem is with its light aluminum construction, we question it's durability as we've only used it for about a month. As of yet its holding up fine, but time will tell. Also the glass lid is beautifully engineered with a small vent hole to prevent steam and liquid from spewing out and dripping down the side of the pan. You can clearly see the food cooking and the plastic handle makes the lid easy to grip with a bare hand.

A great pan at a good price
This is the second pan from this manufacturer that I have purchased. I will continue to replace my pans with these type as the non-stick not only stays, but the entire pan is ceramic coated which makes clean up a breeze.

Best Non-Stick Cookware Ever!
We have several pieces of this ceramic marble coated cookware. We've been using it for about 8 months and it looks as new as when we first started cooking with it. The heat is spread evenly throughout the pan and does a wonderful cooking job. The directions say to cook on medium heat. It doesn't take long to heat up and medium does the job for most things. Several items cooked better with a lower setting. Pancakes, English muffins, etc. did better on medium-low. These pans are worth the money.

loved the pan till I ordered one for a wedding ...
loved the pan till I ordered one for a wedding and the couple said there was a notification in with the pan that California had determined something the pans coating had in it caused cancer... The coating does start to wear eventually and I always used plastic utensils

Non stick at it's best
No "sticking" issues to speak of. The handle has a thumb indentation to keep the pan level when moving it around. And since it can, "withstand temperature up to 800 degrees Farenheit", you could probably use it in the oven. Lid fits very snug, so the steam spews out the hole in the lid and not out the sides like other pans.

I like the pan so much that I purchased another one
I'm on my second one in two years. The marble coating wears off in time. But, I like the pan so much that I purchased another one. If they could make the non-stick surface more durable, i would give it 5-stars.
