Too expensive. Filters themselves (inside) only cover a small amount. But, you can open them and install regular circular filters that do a better job and cost less.

not super easy to clean, but i've never used one of these before so i have nothing to compare it to. i am very happy with it overall… i think it's been a good 3 months since i changed the filter. i check every couple of weeks--take the fountain apart, clean the hair out, etc, so it doesn't get clogged, and rinse it with acv--i think it extends the life of the filter.

Great for my pets drinking fountain. The only thing I don’t like is that each filter comes in the new plastic holder thing. I’m pretty sure they can just give the filter and I can reuse the one That came with the fountain since it can easily be disassembled. Other than that it’s good!

Its quiet, simple (not some obnoxious flower design that my cat doesn't care about anyway) and encourages him to drink more. Its a little challenging to take apart to clean with the front panel having to be fully snapped back in before you can put the final tray back on top.

I liked the ease of assembly, the function and my cat loves it. I gave it 3 stars because the filters dont have much inside. They catch large particles in the water but I'm not sure how good of a job they do for actual water filtration?

Have two Shi Zuhs. They love the fountain. Best investment. I have purchased several other fountains but none stand up to the quality. The cord is universal so if plug breaks no worries just use I phone or Android plug. Plug that comes with it is of poor quality but I am now using power plug from old iPhone and works well

Love that you don't have to change the filter for another one to two weeks. My two service dogs love it
