Nature Made's Folic Acid vitamins are good quality, wholesome tasting,and very reasonably priced and easy to find on Amazon.They always made me feel a little better when swallowed with water, but just the other day 3/18/2025) I decided to just dissolve one in my mouth and chew it a little,without water and WOW ! that worked better for me,so that's the way I'll take these from now on ! I gave some to my mother the same way,I told her to chew it a llttle,and dissolve it on the tip of her tongue ,then swallow and she kept saying"but,but, it says to take it with water ! (she has no imagination) .Try it it won't kill you either with or without water...I did and I felt better ! I take 2 when needed ,divided into two separate doses.
