Great!!
I play a lot of tennis. The summer gets incredibly hot and sweaty especially during long matches or 5 hour tournaments. I’ve had issues with dehydration ( from headaches to needing to go to hospital for IV fluids). Gatorade is too sweet and I can only tolerate one or two cans. I have added eating watermelon to my diet before/after such tennis days which helps but is not enough. Finding these motive pure jars have been a great addition and I have had minimal issues with dehydration since I started using this year. I love how they are not super sweet (and are sweetened with stevia for less calories) and how you can add to your water bottle as needed and to taste. Also love how I can easily throw a few extra in my tennis bag to have on hand. Also love how they are not another heavy case of drinks I have to deal with from amazon and storing in my house. The small case of bottles easily fits in my kitchen cabinet. Bottom line is they are an easy, more natural, less sugar way to staying hydrated and I have definitely felt better overall during this peak hot summer tennis season. So happy I tried them :)

Great for Hot Yoga
Ever think about doing 2, 3, 4, or 5 90-minute Bikram yoga classes in a day?I've done it multiple times. The first time I did 4 classes in a day, I got some really bad cramps towards the end of the 4th class. I guess just rehydrating with water wasn't adequate because I sweat a ton. Then another yogi told me to give this a try, and he was right.Fyi, I've tried all the different flavors of Ultima, and there's something about that stuff that just doesn't sit right in my stomach. But this stuff is great. It has a mostly salty medicinal taste which kind of makes you feel like you're immediately replenishing lost electrolytes. Here are a few tips to using this stuff:1) if you're doing multiple outings a day, get a large bottle (preferably one with fluid ounces markers on the outside) and throw in as many shots as outings. So, if you're doing 3 hot yoga classes in a day, dump 3 shot glasses of the stuff into your bottle, and don't mix the water with it immediately. After your first outing (or even during it if you're really sweating a ton), fill up the bottle, and then drink 1/3 of the bottle after each outing. What you'll find is that you'll want to keep this stuff a bit concentrated (e.g. you don't want to dilute one shot glass of MotivePure into 32 oz of water because not only will this dilute out the flavor, but you'll feel compelled to drink the entire 32 oz to get the full benefit. That's going to make you feel like hell if you have another hot yoga class 30 minutes later.2) I keep the main bottle refrigerated, but after I measure it out into my water bottle, I don't worry at all about refrigerating what's in my bottle.3) Use a glass bottle to mix this stuff with. It's weird but I always use a plastic 32oz Nalgene bottle when I'm just drinking plain water. However, for me there is a noticeable difference when I portion out this stuff into a glass bottle, mix it with water, and then drink it. It just is a better experience. I guess it's kind of like the difference between drinking a pint of Guinness from a glass vs. a paper cup.

Best electrocyte drink on the market
My friend Jesse Hubbard (awesome guy and Hall of Fame pro Athlete) created this years ago and I’ve been offering it to friends family and patients for at least 10 years now. Everyone LOVES it. All flavors taste amazing! Certainly feel that I’m benefiting my health Every time I drink it. Awesome recovery for hot summer days, sports, hot yoga, a little too fun night out… all around AMAZING!!!!!

Great electrolyte
Definitely makes water less boring to drink. If I could get it in a gallon size especially for my gym I’d buy it. I like the flavor is natural an you use stevia. Keep going you’ve got a fantastic product & very well formulated ( electrolyte & flavor ) not too sweet but enough it makes plane water more enjoyable. Definitely would invest if possible. :)

Zero-calorie re-hydration that works
I have been using this product for about a year now, as have several of my friends, and we all agree it works. And it does it without the added sweeteners one finds in most bottled sport drinks. I would call it "hydration for older adults" , for guys/gals who don't want to drink high-calorie sport drinks anymore and/or can't have the added sugar. It's also very convenient to use. I just add it to my canteen when in the field. As an added plus, it's a good hangover remedy, which is what my 20-something daughter uses it for.

Best Immediate Come-Back From Dehydration
I’ve been involved in various sweat inducing activities my entire life. I’ve tried a plethora of hydration supplements and this is my current favorite. I ‘shoot’ an entire bottle at a time and skip the water. I do quite a bit of 90 minute hot yoga, hiit classes, run, hike etc so I usually need something concentrated before, during and/or before. It varies depending on my hydration levels. I also have PSVT - was diagnosed in my 20s. If I’m super dehydrated, it can trigger an episode which while not life threatening, is not fun. I’ve notice if I feel one ‘coming’ on, I can take one of these and it seems to reset me and I do not have an episode. It makes sense if you understand the condition. Anyhoo, thought I’d add this. You don’t have to be athletic to suffer dehydration. I love this stuff and keep a few in my bag. Btw, I’m a super heavy sweater hence the ‘shooting’ - I’m not recommending this but for me, it works. I drink a ton of water but really need the minerals (however negligible) in a more concentrated form.
