1000 Sauces, Dips and Dressings Hardcover – 12 Sept. 2013

Just a nice book to have for ideas. I learned a lot about making sauces... How to commence, the ingredients to add and when to add them. I loved the way they suggested 'if you don' t have this... then try that..' I am no longer afraid to experiment and I can make a great sweet&sour sauce now so it was worth it if only for that.

As always arrived very promptly, well packaged. I have tried a number of the recipes and they are excellent. Would recommend.

This is an excellent book brimming full with amazing sauce variations... My only criticism is the print is quite small...

This book has only one problem. The small print is very difficult to read and the coloured background. Recipes are very good and it's attractively laid out.
