Aquarium Background - Intense Rock - Detailed - 3D Look - Various Sizes (72" Lx20 H)

It came early!! Always a pleasant surprise. We ordered two of these for two different sized tanks, and were happy to find an exact fir for each large tank. I didn't see the 3-D effect with it laying on the table, but mounted on the tank, WOW. Hard to find sizes, with a great 3-D visual effect, at 2-D prices. We love them.

This is a good looking background. It makes the tank look much better. As stated in other reviews it does not feel like the print will be waterproof. I hope it lasts.

The background is printed on paper and is not moisture resistance. I intended to use this as a background for my aquarium. If any water touches the paper, it is ruined. For a product promoted to be used on the back of a fish aquarium, it is reasonable to assume that it will have some contact with water as when doing a filter change or working on your aquarium. The image is great, but won't last long on a fish aquarium. I did receive the product earlier then promised by Amazon.

This background is very realistic looking, and looks great in my tank. It doesn't look like an aquarium with this on, it looks like a window into a river. High quality graphics.

The photo side of the back ground is a matte finish. It’s not conducive or water friendly you can’t wipe it very good. The backside which is white is glossy and can be maintained. 👎

Even more impressive in person it’s nice and thick and looks amazing on my tank.

I am not sure that the material is water proof

I received the background damaged from shipping and contacted the seller to let them know the item was not usable. I didn't have time during the week to unfold it and look at it better, but after I did, I noticed the print came off onto my hands. For $47, the quality of the background was disappointing. My plan was to put this on the back of a 150 gal tall aquarium. If the ink smudges so easily on my fingers, I sincerely doubt it will hold up to my filter. Furthermore, the guys who were coming over to move the aquarium came this weekend and I couldn't wait on a replacement. Thus it is going back and I bought one 3" too short from Petsmart, but that will have to do because the fish cannot live in the mini-tank any longer. I think this might be fine for arid reptiles, but not an animal that requires any moisture. Seller is being uncooperative with returning it.
