DD24SAX9 N Series 7 Contemporary Single DishDrawer™ Dishwasher

We decided to go with a smaller Drawer Style Dishwasher and this one has been great. There was a small issue with a dented front panel in shipping, but both the Seller and F&P support was quick, amazing and I received a new front panel and everything is great. Install is easy if you have the Cabinet already built out for the smaller size. We added a shelf under it for more storage, but the dishwasher has been great. 5 Cycles, runs quiet and does a great job. Highly recommend.

The old one lasted 13 years. It expired because of moisture issues due to poor installation caused by the cabinet maker but still we loved the machine. It fit our needs for space and low db levels. During its life it never needed a repairman and only issue was the door handle which FP provided so I'd say it was very durable being used every day. Well this new one is even more quiet and has improved controls, display, and WiFI (if I want it but nah, not going there). The cycles are improved as is drying too. Some people complain about the FP drawer machines but in the end, once you learn how to load, and that it's very energy and water efficient, then it becomes a real charmer. We've never had any issues of it not making dishes squeaky clean either. The only thing changed that I question is the side racks for cups are fixed instead of being adjustable. Other than that, it's been worth the experience. Bought it directly from FP via Amazon as an open box "pristine" and it was all of that. Got about 45% off retail. I can still highly recommend this machine.

If I could give this product 100+ stars I would! My kids & I travel full time in our rv with my husband for work. I cook 3 meals a day & oh my gosh this dishwasher is a lifesaver! It fits perfect in our Jayco 5th wheel. I’ve put super dirty stuff in it just to see what I could get away with & this dishwasher is wow! It recommends powder which is fine but the only place I can find cascade powder is Walmart in smaller towns. You can use the pods but you place it on the utensil basket & I feel like it won’t clean anything versus there is an actual compartment for the powder & rinse aid. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time! All you full time RV’ers know, who wants to spend all day hand washing dishes? Just make sure you have an actual dishwasher prep in your rv before purchasing the product! Many thanks to the seller for this product & quick shipping!

It's a great unit and so so quiet... but the unit came dented (minor and easily overlooked and not worth sending back) but I wish it was better packaged. There isn't a "Dry" function when some dishes (mostly plastic storage containers) are still wet and not fully dry. It'd be great to have a DRY ONLY setting for cases like that. Dried food on utensils like metal spoons often do not get washed off. I used a metal table spoon to feed my dog, and while I rinse off the excess, apparently there have been times where I rinsed off most of it, but if the food hardens on the spoon, there's a good chance it will still be on the spoon after the cycle. I had my contractor install my unit so I don't know how difficult it was. Otherwise, I love it.

Worked ok out of the box, but now won't wash. The seller won't stand behind the warranty!

It’s so easy to pull out a drawer rather than having to drop a huge front down to be able to load dishes. It’s also very quiet. I have the double Drawer model in my other home. Wish I had found these years ago.

This is the 5th time I purchased the DW for my investment properties and they're GREAT! Works great and easy to Install.
