2 No break in period. 3 And most important. MY FEET DON’T HURT!Sorry for the delay in responding but I wanted to compare Physix with Spenco Polysorb Heavy Duty inserts. I have worn orthotics for over 30 years all of which were prescribed by a podiatrist. All but one that is. My last pair was made by a specialty shoe store and let’s just say they were less than successful. Now that you understand my experience with inserts I hope you appreciated how impressed I am with the Physix Gear Sport. My feet don’t hurt and I am able to walk at the end of the day. My day entails walking at least five miles on concrete. So, short answer to you question, Have I helped you? Not just yes but hell yes!

Don’t know how they work, but they do work!
I honestly didn’t think these would work but for I had to at least try. I have a bulging disc, L5 in my lower back and I wore these all day today and my back felt AWESOME. I haven’t felt this pain free since before my injury. Granted. It was only one day but I will follow up in the near future with an update.

I would recommend these 100% for Plantar Fasciilitis
I ordered the orthotic inserts on the advice of my physio. I have been suffering with very painful plantar fasciitis.I have been using the inserts for several days now and they do seem to be helping with my condition. I’m pleased with them and would recommend others try them too.

Well made and helps my flat feet!
I have problems with plantar fasciitis and have custom orthotics....that cost a bundle. These insoles fit easily into my sneakers, sandals, crocs etc and feel great. My plantar fasciitis is gone as long as I am using these. No small feat!

Instant relief from heel pain
These are like a 'walking miracle'cure. My husband had instant relief from chronic heel pain and has not uttered one groan since using these orthotic insoles. I would thoroughly recommend a pair or two if you are suffering with foot pain.
