These are nice pans, heavy weight and well made. (I did have a problem with the first pan I ordered, but it was quickly and easily returned and replaced.) I was happy enough with the first pan to order a second one in a different size. These are very handy to use in a small toaster oven for any purpose where you might need a cookie sheet. The surface is shiny and the pans are thick so it may be necessary to adjust timing for baking. I have been using an 8" pan as a lid on a 7 x 3" cake pan as a makeshift "dutch oven" to make bread in my small toaster oven. Works well to do that, although it is a little fussy to remove the "lid" midway while everything is hot.

Nice and Sturdy Pizza Pan. We use it for when use outdoor pizza oven to cut and carry hot pizzas to table for serving. So far been non stick and is easy to clean which is a plus for me.

Sturdy and a very good sized pan

We seldom makes pizza's so always had to figure out something to put them on. We finally purchased this and it works. Nice medium size (good for 2 people), easy storage, and cooks pizza well.

We recently got into making hand made pizzas with our recently purchased pizza steel. That is another review, but it really upped our pizza game. The challenge had been what to do with the pizza after we took it off the steel? we had cutting boards, but they were not quite large enough to accommodate a 16" pie.I found this as well as many other sizes on Amazon and maybe a bit overkill, but am very happy with the 20" pan. We can easily slide the pizza off the steel to the 20" pan and with our new pizza cutter it is so easy to cut and serve off one pan. It has the look and feel of a pizza shop and we'll find other uses for it as well in the future. The material feels solid and comparable to anything I've seen at a pizza shop. Who knows how many times those pans get used in a commercial environment. That said, I expect years of use with this pan.

I bought two of these to use as cookie sheets in my Sharp microwave convection oven. Worked like a charm.One of the cookie sheets had several large scratches on the bottom, but that could have happened in the factory or in the warehouse. I can't see a reason to return it just because of scratches on the bottom. With use, there will be other scratches anyway.There are stickers on the bottom. Paper comes off easily enough but the adhesive doesn't. I tried one of those sponges with yellow on one side and a green scrubby on the other to remove it. Not a good idea to use that scrubber on the pans. Left scratch marks. At least it's the same pan with the existing deep scratches.

They seem well made, and did the job fine on first use. For that I would ordinarily give a positive review, but I am deducting two stars for the stickers on the bottom. They are glued on with a very strong glue that required a lot of scraping and rubbing alcohol to get all the residue off. I wasted half an hour of my life getting stickers off three of these and I would try another brand if I ever need to buy these again.
