I bought these as an experiment as my mushroom soup was a little bland - not any more! These are not only incredibly tasty they are also far better at dissolving than the normal British ones. These are so tasty that you can drink them in a cup as an instant mushroom soup. High quality and great value

These stock cubes are amazing. The perfect blend and not salty which I have found with some stock cubes out there. The company were fast and efficient with receiving my stocks well package and on time.

Am so happy to now have these again. Please keep selling them, all the places I used to get them in London have not had them in stock. People have tried to persuade me other brands were comparable (they aren’t). I use them for all the obvious things e.g. risotto, pasta sauces, but also great for a bit of umami in chicken gravy and many other things. Plus they arrived as planned.

Best mushroom stock you can buy, and it is reasonably priced. Perfect for risottos or for any need to boost mushroom-favoured meals. Fast and prompt delivery, too. Very pleased.

These are the best mushroom based stock cubes I’ve found. Great in risottos and pasta sauces. This is my third purchase. Have tried other brands found in shops, but those seem to have a less natural flavour.

Best mushroom stock cubes that are full of delicious flavor

Most of us have our own bolognaise sauce recipe and I doubt many of them are close to authentic. Who cares? For me, some chopped onion, minced beef, oregano, garlic, tin of chopped tomatoes washed out with red wine, tomato purée, more red wine and, horror of horrors, chopped fresh mushrooms, is my family favourite along with some stock which used to be in the shape of a spoonful of Bovril but now requires one to one and a half of these little beauties. The flavour these add is amazing. Great in risotto too.

Ich kannte die Firma bereits und nutze diese Pilzwürfel gerne zum verfeinern von Gerichten. Sie geben einen großartigen Geschmack ab. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und problemlos. Good but the smell of porcini is not as intense like the ones bought in Italy

Non trovo questi dadi ai funghi, nei supermercati che frequento. Appena aperta la scatola, si è sprigionato l'odore del fungo, sapore buonissimo. Ho avuto un piccolo problema con la prima consegna. Messa in contatto con servizio clienti Amazon che ha risolto il problema in un giorno. Amazon imbattibile. Grazie.
