These seeds are definitely of a high quality and without soaking sprouting within a day or two.Takes no time to reach optimum size for eating. The down size is that you go through them very quickly if there are others in the family: and they are not cheap.The upside is that broccoli and kale sprouts have 100 times more nutrition than the mature plants. So you have to bite the bullet and pay up!

This is my first time sprouting seeds. Many of the seeds did not germinate but lots did. I found it hard to separate them out when they were done. They taste lovely and were worth waiting 5 days for.I watched a video on YouTube to help me know what to do. I used a mason jar with a mesh lid.I received a small sample of protein mix seeds which I’m trying next and I’m excited to see how they turn out.I add the sprouted seeds to salad sandwiches and they have a pleasant peppery taste, like cress and rocket.

I’ve been growing these for a while and recently purchased a new brand of seeds which seem to work much better than my previous brand

absolute rubbish !!been sprouting for months and always had success with different brands , these are by far the worst I have ever tried , hardly any sprouted , save your money and buy another brand

My first attempt at sprouting seeds and they were so easy to grow without any specialist equipment I used a glass beer sleeve and muslin and a rubber band. A small plastic tub kept the container at a 45 deg slope and they were ready to harvest after 6-7 days. Excellent product and good value

I just wanted to put this here as I believe a lot of people (including myself) are purchasing this for the sulforaphane benefits but upon further studies it’s proven that raab does not have this, it more similar to kale than broc. For sulforaphane benefits you really need broc Calabrese variety.
