I liked the look and it's uses . It keeps what ever you put in very hot . So it was very effectiveLooks great , although it is a gravey pot, it holds 2 cups of tea hot enough for later. It is worth buying.

I bought this as a Xmas present for my husband as he loves gravy. Looks expensive but more importantly keeps gravy hot for ages. Haven't tried it with custard yet. Not perhaps the most of exciting present but we are very pleased with this.

After using plastic measuring mugs for gravy this past year I needed a change, this gravy boat is stylish and keeps the gravy warm due to insulation so I can make the gravy ahead of time.

Brought this after Christmas ad a measuring jug for the gravy on the table didn’t look good! This jug is insulated and easy to handle, keeps gravy warm. Looks nice and pours well and isn’t too heavy either. Thoroughly recommend!

I only ordered this because I managed to break one of the china gravy boats that my wife uses for our Christmas dinner, that we'd had for many years... I was a dead man walking and had to find a replacement before she found out (haha).. after it arrived, and I finally confessed to my act of neglectfullness, she actually like it... it's actually a much better option than a standard gravy boat, as it keep whatever is in it hot for anything up to 90 minutes or so, which means that she doesn't have to prepare sauces and gravy at the very last minute... (happy wife, happy life, eh lads?)... To be completely honest, a few days after I ordered this one and it arrived, I found the exact same one for sale in Aldi at a much lower price, so I got her 2 more from there, but they only have them at certain times of year, so, if you're looking for a better solution than the standard porcelain gravy boat and need to save your bacon by replacing a broken one, I'd definately recommend you get one of these. We just used them for our Christmas dinner with gravy, bread sauce and cheese sause in them and they kept everything hot, right to the end of the meal... I know, because I had third helpings! Definately buy one! (or more)

This is a replacement for same one that was four years old and lid finally broken. Wonderful at keeping my gray hot.

Does exactly what I wanted, nice looking jug, quite heavy so good quality, better than the one I had previously which was quite flimsy. Good value for money too.

Spent considerable time looking for a suitable thermos jug to keep prepared saucers hot, this one fits the bill. Easy to clean, my only wish is for them to come in bigger size!
