Excellent 5 volts via USB to a WiiM Pro
Originally purchased this to use with a DAC, the RME ADI-2. More recently, I realized it had a USB out for 5 volts. I've used it to replace another LPS 5v unit for a WiiM Pro. It's far superior running with the battery as the WiiM Pro is used as a transport out via Toslink to the RME DAC. Now, that's really something in my tube monoblock system. So, for those who are using a WiiM Pro or similar out to a DAC, this is a very convenient and inexpensive solution.

It's light weight, lasts a long time, easy to charge.
I like the compact size and the battery life (so far). Seems to be well built. 38400 mah is a lot of juice. I have high hopes for this device as I am into a solar project so please don't disapoint me. I've purchased three and plan to purchase more. Keep up the quality and you will get fewer complaints and sell more. As of right now I give this a 5 + star rating. It charges all our phones and Kindles and provides an emergency light. No more candles and smelly oil lights in power outage. Really good thing to have during and outage or emergency. I've constructed a 12v dc light out of easy to find materials. This light is easy to build, budget friendly, and is good for a work or reading or camping light. The lithium ion batteries are superior to lead acid by a long shot. They cost more but in the end lasts longer and are more reliable. It looks like we are entering the age of power outages and monster storms. This little device would be worth its weight in gold if your area happened to hit with lengthy outage. It will charge phones for a long time, longer if you have solar panels. I like it. No one is paying me to say this. To the manufacturer I would just say, keep up the good work and put quality above profit, you'll sell a lot of these, I promise you that.

Bought this for a trip to East Africa
I have to use my cpap machine or I am miserable. The electricity, in Mwanza Tanzania went out about 1 am most nights, so to use my machine I relied on this power pack. This was almost the largest capacity pack you can carry on airlines. It worked so well with the adapter for my Phillips Dream Station, that I keep the power pack plugged in between, my cpap and the outlet at home. If there is an electric outage, my machine keeps running and I keep sleeping. This has been so easy to set up, and use.

Long lasting
I bought this battery to power my headlights, fog lights, and brake light on my dirt bike. It's been almost a month since I initially charged it and it's still half way charged. Insane battery. Highly recommend.

meh
Cells are marked as Panasonic NCR18650BD, no idea if genuine or not. Included charger is actually decent and deosnt seem to throw any RF out when tested near a uv-5r Couldn't find markings on the BMS without taking it to bits, but looks like an off the shelf cheap one control board looks to be custom and designed for the purpose but I didnt want to pull it to bits either to look it over Internal wiring is reasonable. My only problems are while it is very nice of them to not glue the battery in place, the only retention for the cells is high density foam, and that the bom cost is kinda low-ish compared to the price. The cells are sandwiched in very well from most sides, but there is about 15mm of space between the cells and other components on the side with the plugs. This gap is filled with a chunk of high density foam but it's just placed between the pcb and the BMS. In short, this means if you drop the thing and it lands flat on the plugs side, it has a higher chance of breaking vs any other side. The case has a molded in plastic portion which will stop the cells themselves from hitting anything, so there isnt really a risk of short from a reasonable drop. My guess is they didnt design in a better stop because other configs may use that space for more battery. edit: I capacity tested it because I was bored. got 24,750mah at 10W draw tested from USB port. Not the best way to test it as I could feel heat coming from internal board (pretty normal) and this means loss. Not sure what value for loss you want to use here but at 20% loss that's only 30,000mah. To reach design capacity, the USB port would have to be wasting 50% or an entire amp at this load.

Perfect for Dash Cams!
I bought this to keep my dashcam (NextBase 522GW) running at all times. I bought this on 01/21/20, along with the car charger (sold separately). It works perfectly. I haven’t even touched it since. This thing keeps my cam charged and running at all times. Absolutely no problems with this battery. This is a must buy. I was looking at hard wiring my dash cam but it seemed too complicated and hiring someone would cost double the amount of this battery. Plug and play with anything with this. The only single down fall I find is that there is only one USB port on this battery. I don’t know if your able to get like a usb extension strip and charge multiple devices but one could try! But for myself, it works flawlessly.

I waited over a YEAR to do a review... AMAZING value & performance! Great Customer service as well!
I use this for everything! I originally bought it to replace a small 12v 7ah battery to run my fish finder on my kayak. It can run my fish finder for 3 days!! The 7ah lead acid would die 3/4 though a day trip. This is much lighter, durable and will do the above AS WELL as charge my Iphone 12 a few times, power my LED Nav lights all evening AND I now use it to power a homeade bluetooth speaker! No joke this thing is amazing. I now have 2! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Works great for all night astrophotography
Actually, this is somewhat overkill for my needs. It easily lasts (so far) across several nights. The real test will come when the cooled camera is used on the bigger mount. On a ZEQ25GT with modest setup, running most of the night, no visible indication of consumption -- full bars remained. Hopefully the batteries last after cycling a few times. Initial impressions are the device is well constructed, appears durable, and certainly has the power. I have not done a formal load test, and likely won't. If it gets me through one or two nights of AP, I'll be happy.
