The UV lamp was correct, Quartz sleeve was not.
I purchased the VH200 Series combo pack to replace the UV lamp and quartz sleeve on our VH200-F10 system. The UV lamp was correct but the Quartz sleeve was not. Ours is a tube (no ends) and the one I received was shaped like a test tube. The sleeve I require is QS-001…Could you contact me to resolve please?Thanks….
